Cross Country Travel Advice

I am flying out to San Diego for the Ravens chargers game. I have flown a million times, but never to the west cost. I am worried about jet lag. I will only be there Saturday night and Sunday night. I was wondering if once there I should stay on east coast time or go with the flow and live on west coast time.

Thoughts?

Well, it's only 3 hours difference, but for a single day? Definintely stay on EST.

It will really only effect you once you get back, i'd take off the next day if I were you.

The flight alone is worth the next day off, I agree.

I have the flight day off.
I WAS landing at BWI at 10:20 PM but my flight got changed now I am landing at 11:50PM

Good news is I live less than ten minuts from BWI.
I am gonna have some major drag in the rear section the next day

Jet lag shouldnt be too much of an issue if youre flying anywhere in the US. Yeah, you'll be tired when you get back b/c of the flight and all the things you did while you were away, but Ive never had a real jet lag problem unless I was flying to Europe or Asia.

Yeah, but every one knows I am going to the game. I have Monday off with pay, I dont want to push my luck.
