Wow, TWO penalties by Frank Walker on the same play -- on third down, no less? That's pretty much a cut.

Meanwhile, Jason Phillips looks a little hesitant out there. I think the knee might still be an issue, as the commentators are saying. I commend the guy for fighting for his spot on the 53-man roster, but it's either go full-speed or don't go at all. He's risking further injury by hesitating like that.
