Hats off to Peterson who is just having a phenominal rookie season so far and for breaking the single game rushing record. And yes I full well know who had the record before and where/when it was done as I was in attendance for it. =]

With that being said though congrats once again as this guy looks unstoppable right now.

I'm rooting for him the break Dickerson's rookie record this season. I didn't like how smug he was when Jamal Lewis came up short to break his single season record.

seems like the Sky is the limit for this guy, the guy is an incredible athlete, and one heck of a runner and overall football player. Im Rooting for him to do so as well

I'm particularly glad it happened against LT and the chargers. he's getting a little cocky these days and its affecting performance.

he did it on a field, in which he AND the guy he Looks up to, both were playing. he did it with the guy he Idolized, watching him in person....that was such a accomplishment for him to make.

we could be looking at a player of whom MIGHT very well become even better than LT is/has. wouldnt that be a twist, he sets the NFL single game rushing record against the guy he idolizes, then he becomes even better than LT in a few years, whats next for him???? breaking LT's Touchdown record? lol

well the TD record will take a bit more time than just next season (4-5 seasons of having 25 TD's or more)
