Good thing we have a lot of depth at corner this year. Frank Walker better step up his game if he's gonna get snaps with the defense.

Sorta saw this coming. We could have used him for the Patriot and Charger games. But at least we should have him for both Steeler games as well as Chicago and Green Bay.

That sucks. Rolle is the closest thing we have to shut down corner. When healthy, he performs great. I think it's time for this cat to retire.

I love Samari (as my username indicates) but this is honestly the best thing for him and the team. I'd rather have him miss some games early in the season than down the stretch when we really need him, like last year in the AFC Championship game.

I think the corner depth (for the first 6 games) should be:

1. Fox
2. Fabe
Nickel: Webb
Dime: Ruki

So when Rolle comes back, he can play nickel and with this, Nakamura can get some reps on defense (he played some nickel/dime last season and did pretty well).

I thought earlier in the preseason that this neck injury was worse than the team let on. I posted on Dan Kolko's blog on MASN and asked him if that was the sense he was getting at training camp and he agreed. I have a feeling his career might be done. I hope not, but I have a bad feeling.

well, I think he should be cut...we cannot afford to waste roster spots...Yea, he misses six games, plays one, then done....Nope this is the NFL...no play, no pay...I am a PSL holder who is really tired of paying for THE PUP LIST.
