I think Parmele stays and Peerman walks. You can kind of get a hint of that by the game on friday that he wasnt getting any snaps til the end. I think we will try and PS him though.

Yeah, you may be right - Parmele is good at covering kicks on STs, and Peerman won't see much action, even if he makes the 53 list... he could be PS bound.

Cook is already cut. Haven't seen anything about Lawrence, but I'm pretty sure he'll be gone, too.

It's one of those gray areas. Honestly, I felt word about Harper being cut would've spread fast enough, plus it's not as if he's such a big name or was slated to be a starter. Hauschka being retained over Gano, on the other hand, was fine as a separate thread since that settles the kicker competition.

Harper wasn't competing to be a starter, so therefore, (no offense to him) not important enough for his own thread on a day when several cuts are being made -- especially when there's at least two other threads about him currently active anyway.

It's all subjective and it's something we, as a Moderating team, will likely discuss soon.

Don't know how I feel about this one. I thought it was good to have a player that can play safety and CB but who knows. I think KJ Gerard just got a spot on the team because of this though. Harbs loves having safeties.

I remember that, too! That was against the Eagles, along with the improbable 62-yard FG at the end of the game to win it. Tough break for the guy. I wish him well.

EDIT- Never mind, he made that kick against the Eagles in 2006, but he made those three FGs the day after his son's funeral in 2008. Saw that game, too.
