The web site is saying they just cut Cleo Lemon. Not much of a surprise, he was brought in case Beck's injury was bad.

Also I think Derrick Martin will make the team. He can play safety and corner which is pretty rewarding to have on a 53 man roster.


KJ Gerard is probably gone. I rather have Zibby go though.

We don't have many good special team gunners outside of Ayanbedejo (who should not be taking any defensive snaps ahead of our young LBs) and Zibs, who is one of our best tacklers

I agree, nothing wrong with keeping some young talent in the CB position. Especially since, Rolle might be gone. Plus, Martin does have some great games.

I can't see us cutting Derrick Martin. It'll be Walker before Martin.

Lemon had a workout with the Titans on Thursday, but he hasn't signed yet...

So i guess McClain won't have a FB for when he does run, and not surprised with Jayson Foster, hope he makes it to the PS though

I don't think Mclain will run a lot. Look at the pre-season in the goal-line they used Mcgahee.

Yeah, could be the next Bart Scott, by beinjg passed up in the draft and going on to surprise everyone. Ellerbe makes me excited for our linebacking corps' future.

I dont want to see Barnes go but he didnt help himself Thursday.

It looks like we are going:
Lewis, Gooden, Ellerbe, and I am assuming Ayenbadjo (although he could be the guy thats out)

And then Suggs, JJ, McClain, Kruger.

Barnes is an OLB, don't think he has anything to do with whatever ILB makes our team.

But this is bad news for Burgess & Ayanbadejo. At least one of them won't be back next season, maybe even both of them if they're gonna pick up Tyree.

surprised at both...my 53 roster is boned!

Also, I heard Tyree is interested in us but I dont think we are interested with him. I mean even Yamon Figurs has made ONE amazing catch in his career.
