Cool, I was born in Cape Town; don't hear about too many other people from SA around here.

Our computer room in my house is the Ravens shrine. Large Ed Reed & Ray Lewis autographed photos are framed on the wall, a Ray autographed superbowl helmet is in a case, we have a large case with autographed footballs, game day magazines, bobbleheads, the Ravens pepsi cans, the superbowl champions Wheaties box, numerous plaques. My dad also has boxes and boxes on the floor of stuff that there just isn't room to put anywhere in this room. My mom runs her business out of the basement, which is why we can't do the Ravens room downstairs anymore...so we're trying to figure out where exactly we can put everything.

I've been at both pre season games so far this year, so I haven't decided on a ritual for this season. But last year for regular season games that I wasn't at, I had to sit in my living room undisturbed to watch...although I do get text messages throughout every game from the usual haters. I don't like going to the bar to watch because theres always some drunk obnoxious person (although Im guilty of being that person when the Ravens aren't playing) who wants to talk your ear off about football and you end up missing most of the game. so I wait til after the game to hit the local watering holes...although us winning or losing also can determine whether I go or not haha.

man i cant even watch 2/3 of the Ravens games, on Sundays I sit at my computer and stare at the NFL Game Centre page only thinking what each play could look like. I only get the primetime games up in Canada.

The only reason the Springboks are winning is coz we screwed up on our trip to South Africa, and the Wallabies are incompetent. Very frustrated that '10 man' Rugby which is why the rules were changed is being used again to win. The game plan when we went to South Africa was atrocious and executed terribly furthermore. We've handed them the trophy, but full strength All Blacks team will beat the Springboks most times, even in South Africa.

But don't worry, the best player in the world, Dan Carter, is back in black :D

I have a old school floor model TV in the basement as a TV stand for a 32" Sony WEGA picture tube TV. The floor model does not have a picture but I use the sound for a better effect.

I've decided, whenever I get married, I'm making a written agreement with my wife that the basement area will become a game room that's basically a Ravens shrine. No ifs, ands, or buts. Even if it means sleeping on the couch forever. I'll gladly just sleep in the game room instead. -_-

I have also to make an agreement when I get married to hang a ravens flag in the livingroom...

first off it's tough to watch Ravens games in Germany.

1st it's mostly 2am here when games start.
2nd there is only 1 tv station (pay-tv) which broadcasts games (and they choose which ones) so chances are slim ravens are on tv...

so most of the time i gotta settle with sitting in front of some crappy livestream with my ed reed jersey on ;)

I feel inadequate since there is no Ravens shrine, but I do get to watch the games on a nice 62" HDTV with surroundsound - don't know the specifics on that, that's the S.O.'s bailiwick. It's in the family room, and it's great when it's cold enough for a fire in the fireplace and I can huddle under my Ravens blanket and relax in my recliner... But then, during games, huddling and reclining are done a lot less than jumping up and pacing and sitting on the edge of my seat!

Oh, and I make sure I'm drinking out of one of the Ravens cups that I brought home from the stadium! [I've managed to get to a couple of games each year.]

Long time reader, first time poster here. Hello everyone.
I'd like to thank the single guys for the laughs. Better find a hardcore Ravens fan.
I watch on a wall mounted 42" LCD SHARP AQUOS. 1000W SONY surround, in my living/theater room. Sliding door keeps the daughter/wife out with complaints about shaking walls.
My Ravens stuff isn't in there anymore. It's, some near computer, alot in bedroom, flying from my house,in garage, flying over pool, hanging on pool fence, in and on my Jeep and truck.

That's what I said to Franchise. You have to find a hardcore Ravens girl if you want a *shrine*. With my girl it's about compromise. And building a Ravens shrine is hardly compromising.

We watch the games on a 56" HD-DLP TV with surround sound. We have one wall full of ravens fatheads and another wall filled with Autographed pics of top ravens players and a Flacco signed football. We have an outdoor illuminated 36" tall Ravens player and a Ravens flag flying from our flagpole. We love the team.

I watch on my tiny 34" 1080p which sits in a hand built cabinet, that is in a room that is covered with Ravens stuff, from my 8 x 10 autographed photos to my 4' x 8' banners from a local bar with Ravens logos, to my Ravens bar mirrors, to my official NFL Ravens logo hand tools, assorted Ravens logo glasses, pitchers, and our Ravens Christmas Tree that stays up year round...Ravens throw rugs, Ravens blankets, Ravens football cards, as well as Ravens fishing lures, My family knows if it is Purple and Black it is acceptable...all else is a mere insult....

I don't have it YET but If it ever comes to fruition I will post pictures...

I'll have a 96" widescreen HD projector set up with surround sound (btw the sound isn't great unless its scored like in a movie its not like you hear tackles and footsteps running up behind you but still it will serve as the home theater too so yeah). I'm going to put those post game press conference background on the walls (one Ravens wall, one Orioles wall, and one Penn State wall), and have a built in bar / kitchenette. Right now I have a Joe Flacco game worn helmet, Flacco, Lewis, and Heap signed and framed pictures, and a football signed by a ton of Ravens like Stover, Price, Suggs, McGahee, Heap, Barnes, etc.

Next on the list is Reed, Rice, and Suggs pictures to add to the collection.

Its coming soon. Okay, maybe like a year from now.
