Owners who really want to win, need to hire football minded guys/leaders. Ozzie Newsome is the best example. We have created such a positive atmosphere for both coaches and players and this all stems from Art Modell & Steve Bisciotti.

Absolutely. I think everybody was shocked when Birk signed with us. After all those years in Minnesota, uprooting his family to bring them to Baltimore? He was just that impressed with our organization.
