The only Eagles receiver I want on this team is my boy DeSean Jackson.

Yea, that's NOT happening

No I think he was replying to the poster that said that Reggie Brown had some legal issues. He was asking the poster if he got Brown mixed up with Williams.

I never said Reggie Brown had some legal issues, wth! look at who i quoted, clearly I meant Reggie Williams

ARe we really looking for another receiver ? I know we all love to talk about what could be or might happen but has anything substantial been spoken that says we are actively looking for someone ? After the game against the Jets my biggest worry is moving Walker out of the teams roster. He gave away the 2 biggest plays of the game. Did not watch the ball but played the receiver on both blown plays. At some point you need to look at the ball and as both balls were deep throws he had plenty of time.

I dont think it will be Brown, it probably will be Hank Baskett or someone else....which is worse lmao

reggie brown is that all we can do...i would rather go into the year with what we have already...i havent seen brown once in his 5 year career fight for the football...drops alot of passes, and no use to special teams...if we do i hope we dont give me than a 5th round pick...anything more than that we will be robbed...

He would add some depth but he would not get into the top 4 of our wrs (Mason, Clayton, Williams, Washington). Then you would have to consider the price of giving another Roster spot to a wr who probably would not play much and take a spot away from one of our really talented LB or DB. Honestly i am happy enough with our wrs right now 1-5 (Mason, Clayton, Williams, Washington, Harper) instead i am more worried about our o-line depth.

I'm actually pretty satisfied with our WR situation right now. We've got Mason who's amazing, Clayton who has what it takes to be a solid number 2. Kelly Washington is looking VERY good in the slot position, Demetrius Williams also looks solid. On top of that we have 2 really good tight ends. Though there are some health concerns with Clayton, Williams, and LJ Smith so another good WR option definitely wouldn't hurt.

"Ravens director of player personnel Eric DeCosta was at Thursday night's Eagles vs. Jaguars game, adding to speculation that the Ravens are interested in the Birds' receivers.
The Eagles have a surplus of wide receivers, with Reggie Brown and Hank Baskett most likely to get cut. Both are likely to garner some looks on the waiver wire, with the Ravens and Jets apparantly showing the most interest."

Looks like something is about to happen with one of them.

I actually agree that our reciever corps right now seems OK. I think Justin Harper has shown some stuff when he has gotten opportunitities.

I just read that as well. Baskett about to get cut though? Isn't he one of their main recievers? I watch Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett's show on E! and have loved her since the Girls Next Door...Hank's a main part of her show (obviously) and I enjoy him as a "character" on her show but I've thought since he started on it that the show would end up being his downfall career wise. Not sure how I'd feel about him here...I guess anything to help the offense.

oh and how come it seems any player the Ravens are interested in, The Jets are as well? haha seriously!

No....
Amendola, Danny
Avant, Jason
Baskett, Hank
Brown, Reggie
Curtis, Kevin
Gibson, Brandon
Jackson, DeSean
Maclin, Jeremy

I would say that Jackson, Avant, Curtis, Gibson and Maclin are WRs 1-5

Ravens can have Hank Baskett, I would like that. But I'll take his wife, Kendra.
