Ok, I was taking some of the polls on ESPN.com at work today (yea yea should be working...) and thought these 3 would be good questions to ask Ravens fans. With all the media hype about us needing a true #1 WR... our young offensive line who has the potential to dominate... our 2nd year QB who the media is still rating behind Stafford, and claiming may have a sophomore slump...

So I posted these 3 for fun. Include reasoning if you like.

Best O-Line all the way, thats why Brady looks so good.

Best RB, even though QB is tempting because of the longevity of the position compared to a halfback, I just love that smash mouth football.

Best QB, I guess so he can make the throws into double coverage or on the run.

Best OL's MAKE the best QBs. Plus with the best OL you are improving both your passing and run game.

As for the playmaking positions. QB for sure. Because everybody loves a team that can pass. We'd get a lot more coverage. We'd be able to move the ball on 3rd and longs. It would just be fun.

Best O-line. What good a great qb if he gets knocked on his butt all day?

Best quarterback - Longevity, better bragging rights, and let's face it; everyone loves the quarterback.

Ditto for the third question.

I'd take the O-line. QB needs time to throw more than he needs good recievers. Running back needs room to run to do anything. Probably the easiest decision of the bunch.

I picked quarterback for the second one just because two good running backs makes more sense than one great one. One will get tired, one might get injured...

I picked QB. Great recievers are usually divas. I don't think a great reciever makes a QB look good, but I think a good set of recievers can make a quarterback look good. Everyone knows Calvin Johnson is a good player, but they don't think much of Dan Orlovsky. Maybe if the question was 'Best QB or Larry Fitzgerald and Greg Jennings' I'd have picked differently.

I think a better third poll would be "Would you rather have the best RB in football or the best WR in football?"

Yea, I should have added that one in. I just made these 3 because they were on ESPN.com though.

The O-Line makes the offense, the running back being productive makes the QB better, the great QB can make a bad WR good.

I picked best QB on all three polls. Great QB's win games, though I do agree that their OL is very important to the QB's success. Ravens fans know that the D wins games for us; however, I would like our O step-up this season and win games for us. That would be awesome - and Joe must be the O leader.
