Well my fiance got home today handed me my usual snickers.when i went to put it in the fridge(i like them cold) I see the game sitting on the kitchen table.Needless to say she usually puts it in fridge so i guess she handed it to me so i'd find the game.
poppped it in about 4 and played til now (8:oo).this game is by far one of the best comic book or regular games i have ever played.the graphics are like i'm watching a movie.the combo moves aree awesome.Harley Quinns new threads are :D :D :D .Um wait...yeah ...definitly hot.
The game has so much to find. as you gotta find ? marks in the maps that designate a riddle from the riddler.you get clues when you enter areas.you need to use stealth, thinking, and down right brutalness.
The voice acting is great no over the top christian bale deep voice.i won't go into to much detail on the bosses i have encountered so far in case anybody wants to be surprised. If you wanna know more let me know.Eidos and rocksteady did an excellent job.
Can't wait til i play as the joker but the playstation store was doing a miantence i think cuz i couldnt get into it but i was able to after i got done playing will download later i like giving the ps3 a rest.

I played the demo and fell in love with it then, so I'm convinced this will be my next purchase once I get done with Madden.

Just from the demo alone, I was impressed with how much the game makes you feel like Batman. The controls are pretty intuitive, and even just grappling from ledge to ledge is FUN. Using the batarang to toy with bad guys from afar never gets old, and I've only been able to do that signature swoop-down grab ONCE, but it was AWESOME.

If only they wouldn't have cancelled the Dark Knight licensed movie game...if they had gotten Rocksteady to develop the game, and even if it was an identical game to this one, I would've been THRILLED.

Ok ravenclaw what is ODST? and franchise i liked doing the swoop down and grab in the demo to but i couldn't do it in game then i realized it's a skill you have to buy <_<
Have fought against a few major villians so far heard game play is only like 12 hours but thats more than enought for me.Replay is going to be worth it wanna make sure i find all the riddlers' ? marks!

Beat this game today finished at 71% but i never did any of the challenge maps starting them in a bit.Just thought I'd give my felections of the actual story. This game is pretty good but I have a gripe not a big one but I wish there was more boss fights, and the Joker fight at the end left a lil something to be desired(won't say more don't want to spoil it),but over all the game was great and I lok forward to replay it to find all of Riddler's ? marks I missed.Plus want to beat on hard.Pretty good tho and that's saying something because I'm a Marvel fanboy.

I've played the demo and it was really fun. But is there more to it then just punching people, or can you do cool special moves/items.

alot of punching people but you have to also use crafty technics to take out a room full of gunmen.Hide around corners do sneak up behind takedowns so you don't alert others. But mostly Punch the crap outta goons. For some enemies you gotta use different things to take them down but there is a few parts i had to be stealthy and patient.but it's about exploring to to find secrets and stuff.
my favorite is still the drop down and grab a guy and go back up while hanging from a gargoyle.

My friend just bought a PS3... I'll have to recommend this game to him, although he invests a lot more into his 360 so if he got it, he'd probably get it on there.

Cool, I'll take that information under advisement.

Just got the game used for about $30 the other day, I don't regret it one bit. I'm pleasantly surprised at how the game has been consistently fun and never frustrating. Even when I've died fighting the Scarecrow (he's the only boss fight that's ever given me trouble), I never got mad at having to start over because I was having too much fun.

As I stated before and as the demo showed, the game makes you feel like Batman in every way. All of the combat/gadget upgrades serve a good purpose and you never feel cheated for not having unlocked them before. For a linear game, you never feel like you're on rails because you can, theoretically, explore the island at will. Additionally, the game progresses in such a way that you get to explore what you want as you're going through the story. Nothing ever feels restrictive, and it's truly fun to sneak up on people and do the things that Batman does best.

Combat itself is arguably as fun as God of War, with the different animations never getting too repetitive or predictable. Half the time, you never really see clearly what Batman has just done, but you know that it probably hurt. Like, really, really hurt. It was smart of them to take the Keysi Fighting Method (KFM) style of combat from the Chris Nolan films and incorporate them into the gameplay.

LOVE THIS GAME.
