ok on the main page I read about this , personaly baltimore county owes this man a big "I am sorry" after all he has been through he is trying to make our team was the security officer a redskins or pittsburg fan or something he said he saw him reach to a chrome object had the man been some one else would he still have called the cops . The man saverdour kiesters in Iraq comes home wants to play "FOR US" and we arrest him for a cellphone. I hope Jag is sending some one to riem that officer who arrested him .

how do you guys feel about this , I know my family has alot of servicemen in it 3 of them served in Nam so I am a bit more angry then some I guess

Dude, he Shoved an officer to the ground. I think things could have been easily rectified if he complied with the officers demands. I'm sure there is more to the story them meets the eye. He didn't get arrested for having a CELL PHONE... He alegedly assulted an officer of the LAW. They do a similar job as he did, protect people.

Serving in the military has nothing to do what happened. You push a cop, you get arrested. There is no other way about that. It's not the cops fault that they were called because a security guard "thought" he saw something that ended up being nothing more than a cell phone.

I'm sure he was angry but that doesn't constitute his reaction.

Now not only did he get arrested, I'm sure the Ravens are going to think twice about keeping this guy around.

He's not in Iraq, he's eating dinner in downtown Baltimore. I don't care about combat training. The only thing shoving a cop will get you is an invitation to Central Booking.

The officer was looking for a "concealed weapon".

Like I said, a security guard called the police so the police have to act on it. Obviously the security guard was grossly mistaken with what he thought he saw.

I have a lot of respect for the soldiers over in Afghanistan and Iraq. I've had friends who have served over two tours each in Iraq. But if one of them ever shoved a cop, they would be getting arrested as well.

Fein needs to be suspended now, tossing a cop to the floor is unaceptable.

Not exactly a bright move on a team that has a habit for finding LBs. I respect him for his service but that's no excuse, nor should he get any extra credit for it when he screws up.

There are lots of times when cops let power go to their heads, but when they are touched (thrown, shoved, or even just pointed) that should be a free ride to the blue and white hilton.

Rather than having two threads going, let's all use this one.
