To their credit, they found out that they may have found thier #3 QB and Orakpo (sp?) looked good. But yes, their first team is still a question mark.

I hear that...I was at a Redskins related pig roast last night while the game was on...these fans were acting like they won the flipping superbowl. I guess you take what you can get when your team plays like the Skins in regular season!

The first team offense looked horrible. Campbell was 1 for 7 for 10 yards. They are really gonna struggle to put points on the board this year.

They didn't. They had to resport to a fake punt to continue their drive and then STILL had to settle for a FG. #1 Defense does not go beyond our first team.
Our first team offense responded with a TD.

Ironically, they insist that Flacco is the spitting image of Campbell...

But they actually scored... more than once. That is a big improvement from last week.

Edit: "The week before, you know, we played Baltimore. They were kind of blitz happy; they were bringing it all game. You know, Pittsburgh kind of just sat back in coverage and let us find holes in coverage and stuff like that..." - Colt Brennan, Redskins qb

The 'Skins were trailing 10-3 when the teams' starters left, and their starting QB was 1 of 7...

If you can be happy about winning, given those two facts, then you're wearing burgundy and gold colored glasses.

"resorting" to a fake punt is part of the game, so that doesn't lessen the fact that it worked. You seem a little defensive about the loss, when, really, all you have to say is that it is preseason and everyone is working on something different. Who wins isn't even secondary, it's tertiary. Or maybe it means nothing at all. The final score can come down to whose third string is better than the other team's third string.

I think they can just be happy that they made a better showing than their first game. It's preseason. Individual play and looking for potential are what it is all about. Not the score.

Hey tell that to Steeler's fans who are talking about our run d the other night lmao j/k. Redskins fans have grown more and more moronic over the years as the Ravens have had more and more success, and grown into a top franchise.

Not defensive at all. I was responding to this:
I was surprised the skins did so well against the #1 defense
The #1 Defense was not on the field for the fake punt and they can't be held responsible for that. They still stopped the skins at the goal line.

Couldn't care less about winning a preseason game.
