Ya, I know, hence the "Purple Bowl" Maybe Ill be able to coast around unnoticed. I'd love to yap back and fourth with Vikes fans, but I really don't know how far is too far often and may get myself in trouble.

I wouldn't do it too much with Viking fans. They are pretty rude. Bears fans are too, but their team stinks so...... yeah, have fun my fellow fans.

Seriously, there is absolutely no way I could NOT watch the Ravens play live. What else would I do with myself during the regular season? My family looks forward to the season beginning and I plan my social calendar around Ravens games. If I get an invitation to anything on a Ravens game day, I don;t go. I find it very hard to believe that any fan would not watch the Ravens play live, for any reason. Let's be real

See this is an easy poll. I have my Game Day rituals which must be followed or they will lose. If I don't start my day in the recliner with coffee in my Ravens mug,go outside and blow up my 7 foot inflatable, switch to the yellow coozie for beer, follow stats on the laptop all while wearing the camo's, black Reed jersey over my "Ravens Dad" t-shirt my kids bought me, they will lose. If I don't yell at the 55" HDTV after every play, high five my friends after every good play, do the hand wavy thing before then raise them for every field goal they will lose. If I allow my children to watch the game not wearing a jersey or allow the 3 people banned from watching Ravens games in my house in (yes it was there fault we were losing) they will lose.So to think there was any chance of a winning season or Super bowl victory without me watching live just isn't happening. :P

Just being realistic but yeah I'd rather have them win than be able to watch em, there's always gonna be a televised Balt-Pitt game, they'll have some Monday Night games, I mean I live in SD so I barely have a chance to watch em anyway, but theres always Sportscenter and ESPN Gamecast :)

Interesting poll. I sat in the stands during cold rain during the beating the colts gave us back in 2007. How do you think I voted? I just got to watch this team and if I dont watch the regular season or the superbowl win, I am just like any other bandwagon steeler fan. i rather watch games no matter what.

So theoretical follow-up question based on your response to the theoretical poll:

* Could you look Ray in the eye, knowing the passion he's laid on this city's doorstep year after year, and tell him he didn't win the Super Bowl because you decided your viewing enjoyment was worth more to you than his team's second Super Bowl?

I offer that up to anyone...
