Marshall is not a Raven. The whole bombshell was that Marshall's agent went back to Denver and asked if they have interest in giving him a new deal, they said no. His agent than said well Marshall wants out and they still said no we aren't trading him. It was a waste to even try to say that it's a "Bombshell" story.

I officially hate Dukes for blowing up a story we basically already knew. Well more speculation, however, if they wont re-sign him, why not try to trade him and get something instead of letting him leave next year.

It all makes sense Marshall to Baltimore.

We brought Willy and Lemon in even when Beck injury was known to be not season threatening. We are preparing to have them compete for #3 spot.

I saw Troy Smith at 5 guys on the practice after sunday when the team had meetings.(I have pictures to prove it)

Marshall not being at practice hopefully he is packing his bags.



I wish that would be the case and this comes true.

I doubt this will amount to much. Regardless, Denver is in a lot of trouble - and I'm sure we can all agree on that. How long until this story is supposedly broken?

Aside from all the character issues, I would love to see Marshall become a part of this offense.

His stats wouldn't even have to be great. Just having him would open things up for guys like Clayton,Dwill,Heap,LJ Smith and Rice.

Teams would double him and open up the run game. The Ravens red zone offense would become so much better.

I wouldn't mind given up Troy a 2nd and a 4th for Marshall.

I wouldn't give up a 1st because I want Jermaine Greshem at TE in round one.

I think the Ravens will get a 3rd & 4th rounder for losing Bart and Jason so that would cover the draft picks.

For a backup QB to replace Troy, I would pickup Josh Johnson once the Bucs released him. He's a 2nd year QB that has good feet, accurate arm, makes good decesions, and would be great in the Suggs package.

I don't know how likely it is for this to happen. However if it did our team would definately be better for it.

If Troy Smith is involved in a trade, it would be smart by the Ravens. Smith will be a free agent soon, so you get something for him now. There were reports out of camp that Jason Foster was taking snaps out of the wildcat. So who knows.

If this deal does happen it will be as under the radar as possible. The Ravens now know he won't be suspended, so making sure he is healthy is the only concern. Now would be the ideal time to bring him in because we still have about 3 weeks to get him comfortable with the guys.

That'd be an awful trade. Ed Reed is a far more talented player than Brandon Marshall.

It would be nice for Troy to get his starting shot. Orton is one of the 'starting' QB's in the league that Troy is better than. Suddenly, the Broncos NEED Troy, Marshall won't practice, and the clock is ticking.

Anyway, the Broncos won't take Troy Smith and a 2nd. I think Kyle Orton is more proven the Troy and a better NFL quarterback. Now maybe if it is a 1st, Troy and a 3rd, that I could understand.

I'd take Troy Smith over Kyle Orton any day. The Broncos are going to be really really really bad next season with Orton at QB. And no, I'm not one of these "Troy Smith fanatics" either. I just see what Troy Smith does and I see what Orton does and I'd rather take my chances with Troy.
