Jason LaCanfora is working the story and will be posting it on his blog late tonight.

The board think it's ravens related and they said Jason Laconfora writes about Redskins and Ravens, IDK, more speculation. Plus he won't be suspended.

Bronco's twitter says that Marshall was also absent from practice again? Hmm Ravens acquire Marshall?

But LaCanfora is now an NFL Network correspondent, not a Washington beat writer or a Ravens fan (not publicly, anyway...lol.) Doesn't necessarily mean the announcement is Ravens-or Redskins-related.

I have a feeling this is going to be something little. It could be something major has Dukes is making it out to be but I don't know. Marshall could be traded tonight, maybe to us,(which I highly doubt) to the Bears with whatever picks they have left from the Cutler trade, maybe to the 49ers now that Crabtree is potentially going back into the draft in 2010. Guess we'll see what happens........

I really doubt that Marshall is coming here, but who knows. Denver seems to need a quarterback and we have a QB surplus here so maybe John Beck and Cleo Lemon for Marshall? lmao don't jump on me for that one i'm not serious but i'd take that deal any day.

Hey ya never know, signing Lemon was kind of sudden when they already brought Willy in and had confirmed that Beck's injury wasn't serious. Maybe they were preparing to send Troy to Denver? again, not serious but just seeing how many different ways i can twist this thing for fun plus i'm tired and delerious lol

Things are getting interesting. I'm on pro football talk and the comments on there about what could be happening is interesting. One even said Troy Smith and our 1st round pick for Marshall. It even hinted that Favre maybe signing with Denver!! One comment says they are firing Josh McDaniels, this is going to be interesting. I'm suprised ESPN hasn't picked up on it yet. I'm anxious to know......

man i would LOVE to get marshall in here... I know he has had his trouble off the field, but coming onto a team like the ravens with such a strong locker room would greatly benefit the young man. He shines with a strong arm QB (see Jay Cutler) and i dont think anyone will throw the deep ball better then Flacco for yrs to come... I would DEFINITELY give up troy and a 2 for this guy... Mason and Marshall with Clayton in the slot!!!

Adam Schefter is also reporting via Twitter that B.Marshall is holding out, so that may be the "bombshell." I'm hoping that's not the case and is something else entirely like Josh McDaniels is fired before he even coaches his first real game.

I hope it's not just Marshall holding out. That's something they can post tomorrow morning or something. It has to be something else if it is as big as Jamie Dukes made it out to be. There has to be a trade for Marshall happening. You can't just go and say BOMBSHELL in all caps just to tell us he is holding out. I think there is more to this...... It could be a hold out and that Denver is completeting a trade that will send Marshall to whatever team.

Ok.......... Thanks Jamie we all ready knew he wanted a trade. This is crazy.... Denver won't let him leave in a trade to benefit them to gain draft picks to build for the future but yet they won't give him a new contract and possibly let him walk for NOTHING!
