yeah i hope so too...I know marcus smith also had some improving to do, but Justin definitely looks like he can be special in the NFL, to be our #3/4 guy. If he has size and can get open that much, and him basically being a rookie again (not playing his rookie season), he definitely has room for improvement and getting consistent with his abilities.

I think there's a lot of (as of yet) unrealized potential with that duo. Friend of mine is a huge Eagles fan and he thinks the Harbaugh/Reid connection could end up with a guy like Reggie Brown coming to Baltimore. They've got some talented young wideouts and somebody's gonna have to go. Still that may be no better than Harper or any of our other options. I, for one, like both Harper and Riley.
