Baltimore Ravens Game Time

Is the NFL blacking out Ravens games in Delaware. If so, is it because of the
sports betting conflict? MASN2 says Ravens games are blacked out.

I don't "officially" know, but from personal experience of being on vacation the last 2 pre-seasons that MASN 2 is unreliable. I had problems in VA beach and the Outer Banks. Both places said the games were to be shown, but nothing.
