So far, Flacco has had completions to Demetrius Williams, Ray Rice, Kelly Washington, and Derrick Mason. I'm liking the distribution of the ball here. I'd like to see fewer checkdowns, but as long as Rice is touching the ball, then I can't complain.

I'd like to see some Heeeaap action, but really there is nothing to complain about. He's throwing pretty well, and his distribution has been great like you said.

I like that he is throwing the ball more period. Esp. to Ray Rice he may become the next Brian Westbrook.

I like the progress that the offense is making right now. Marcus Smith and McGahee even getting in the action! Smith should've had that one catch where he got behind the zone, but other than that, there's a lot of promise there.

Gerry Sandusky is making a good point when he says that having to bring in the FG kicker isn't necessarily a bad thing in preseason now with a kicker competition going. Of course we'd like to see more TDs, but when you've got a game where the result is meaningless but the little things are HUGE, you'd like to take advantage of such opportunities.

Besides, you never know when the game might be on the line and the kicker has to come through. As much as we love Matt Stover, we won't wanna be saying we miss him in the middle of a game, y'know? [img]http://boards.baltimoreravens.com/public/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif[/img]

That's a good thing, I think Flacco is more confident in himself, which will translate him into being more of a leader.
