I'm just saying that you need to accept the fact that Troy Smith isn't the starting quarterback. If he was better than Flacco he would be. I know this because I'm sure John Harbaugh,Cam Cameron,Ozzie Newsome and anyone else who's opinion matters when it comes to who is the starting quarterback PROBABLY knows what's best for the team more than you do. Based on that fact alone, I'm confident that Smith just isn't good enough to be the starter here.

they're both doing good with what they got.

Flacco is clearly the starter where Troy is clearly the backup. Yes, Troy got a touchdown but Flacco almost got a touchdown to Mason and made a very nice throw to Marcus Smith.

I disagree, this move is pure politics. It would outrage fans and risk the franchise investment in Flacco.

GREAT physical play to get the pick by Derrick Martin! I saw the patience there; he just let the ball come to him, instead of going to the ball. Lots of guys whiff by trying to jump the route, by instead, he just stood his ground and extended his hands to make the catch.
