There is no way we lose to Detroit at home, what is the author smoking.

And I think we'll beat the Vikings, too.

Vikings: Adrian Peterson > Chris Johnson (we had a hard time stopping him)- we will be able to focus on the run because they don't have the same passing weapons or Offensive Line.

Steelers: I'm really hoping we sweep them, I'm sure the players feel the same.

Lions: They have no offense, Calvin Johnson can easily be contained with a corner and a safety.

Bears: I don't see them scoring enough points. Matt Forte will be contained and Culter won't have the same weapons.

I see 13-3

We are a totally different team then in '07. We sucked in '07. And we have Harbs who changed the whole mentality of this team. For example, we didn't lose a game that we were "supposed to win."

exactly, last year we beat every team that we thought we would beat, except maybe the Cowboys. The guy who did the analysis just took it out of his ******.

"The Vikings have more explosive weapons on offense and special teams and should be able to pound at Baltimore until they crack a big play or two."

Haha. Their quarterback is who?
How good is their pass defense?

TJack won't do squat against our Defense and we totally demolished Sage the last time we met and their corners are a joke.

So the guy that wrote this is pretty much saying this about our Ravens.

We are not a good team and last year was a fluke.

Now let me get this right. We are good enough to beat up on the weaker teams.

We are good enough to just barely get by the borderline teams.

But the team that went to the AFC Championship last year is not good enough to beat just one AFC playoff team from last year.

Also we lose agianst the Loins?

This guy assumes our oline won't be good at all, because every decent defense will stop Ray Rice and terrorize Flacco.
I noticed a lot of you guys agreed with this article. So let me as this question.

Why does everyone assume that the Ravens need something bad too happen to the other teams in order to beat the elite?

I've heard people say, Well if Brady doesn't recover or he is gun shy, the Ravens might can win. You guys don't think the Ravens are good enough to beat a healthy Pats team?

I've heard people say, well the Chargers seem to start the season off slow, so maybe the Ravens could steal one.

Why can't the Ravens just go to Cali and take one? Are we not good enough?

People say oh Peyton this Peyton that. Who cares? That defense is going through a change, so they will be just as inconsistent as our offense. If you don't think that team will suffer from the lost of Tony Dungy you're crazy.

Then comes Pit. Yea they won the Divison and went on to win the SB, but damn they are not unstoppable. We let them off the hook in both regular season games. We lost by a combined 7 points in 2 games. Hell in both games the Steelers were held to under 150 yards of offense going into the 4th quarter.

I just don't buy the fact that the Ravens can't and won't be able compete and beat the elite teams.

Then again, this is BleacherReport. One of the authors could post that John Beck would win the starting job and we would lose all 16 games if they wanted to. If you use this site you gotta look at the author, the most reliable and educated guy IMO is Isaac.
