More variety?

Even though this is "the official message board of the Baltimore Ravens" and is designed to be football-related, how about more variety in the sections available?

Maybe something along the lines of an Entertainment section? I mean, you already have a section devoted to the other 31 NFL teams, so why not have a Music discussion section, a Movie/TV discussion section, a Video Game discussion section, etc.?

It might take time for the topics to build, but as members accumulate, there'll probably be more forum activity in no time.

Rest assured that these message boards will continue to grow. We will certainly be opening up forums on non-Ravens and non-football topics eventually. We just needed a good jumping off point for now.

How about a test board where members can test out sig files and avatures.

Like it was said, this message board shall continue to grow. With that said, I think the main forum should be trimmed down so that people don't have to scroll putting other forums as sub-forums.

I am glad to be part of a new message board and look forward towards watching it grow!

BaltimoreRavens.com should advertise that the forum is up on their homepage for those who dont get update emails sent to them. The only reason I was expecting the forum to come when it did is cause I emailed the webmaster asking when it was going to happend.

I agree, the forum needs to be advertised and made much more visible on the homepage.

I was lucky enough to spot it the other day after wondering when it would ever be launched. That type of stumbling has probably occurred far too often with members that have joined, and that would explain the somewhat slow rate of members registering as of this moment, as well as the lack of active participation on here.

They'll make changes...it takes time to get used to it...trust me i know, i am an admin on another teams boards. Glad to see you all have a MB now, they are a blast and the software you use is one of the best.

Give the mod's time to get used to this and you'll see changes for the best.
