I hate injuries.

The Ravens have taken the field for practice. It's a gorgeous 75 degrees and there is not a cloud in the sky. It's beautiful weather for football.

Ravens WR Mark Clayton is sidelined with a tweaked left hamstring.

Ravens TE L.J. Smith is not practicing for the sixth straight day because of an injured hamstring.

Ravens LB Terrell Suggs is not at practice. He was seen at the team's hotel last night wearing a boot on his left foot.

Ravens OT Jared Gaither is neutralizing DT Trevor Pryce in one-on-one drills.

The Ravens and hamstrings don't go together.

At least Demetrius is back out there making plays again. Thought he'd miss a few days after he hurt his leg.

Suggs' injury is probably not serious. No Mark Clayton - hammy - as well. Dem. Williams for Clayton and Kruger for Sizzle.

Good to know Suggs' isn't serious.

Ravens TE Todd Heap just caught his third TD from QB Joe Flacco on a corner route during 7-on-7 drills.

Ravens WR Demetrius Willams just drew a loud applause by celebrating his TD catch by hanging onto the base of the field goal uprights like he was Spider-Man.

Can't wait to see him celebrate a TD in the regular season.

John Harbaugh said WR Mark Clayton's tweaked left hamstring is a minor injury, and the team will not rush him back into action.

LB Terrell Suggs has a strained left heel, which coach John Harbaugh said is a minor injury. Suggs will undergo treatment and is in no rush to return to the field.

OT Michael Oher is atop the depth chart, ahead of Adam Terry, who hasn't made a full recovery from arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.

Undrafted rookie LB Dannell Ellerbe has made tremendous improvement since the start of camp. He's listed as a starter on special teams and is getting opportunities to play with the first-team defense.

Undrafted rookie WR Eron Riley is being criticized by special teams coaches for not getting up the field fast enough on kick returns.

OT Jared Gaither credits the advice and knowledge of veteran C Matt Birk for offensive line's progress at training camp. Birk signed as a free agent to replace last year's starter Jason Brown. Brown signed with the Rams and Birk was a Pro Bowler for the Vikings.

Beck worked with Cam Cameron in Miami, he's been in this system going on 3 years. He's a backup QB, what do you want?
