The UFL is a place where JP Losman is considered an elite quarterback. Not the talent pool I'd be looking to exploit as a GM...

All that league for the most part has the NFL's rejects. You might locate a gem or two out of the college kids that did not get invited to an NFL camp but I realy dont think any team will be seriously looking in that league for talent.

That pretty much applies to all of the other leagues... not everyone can be Kurt Warner.

Idk About You guys But I would like to see Vick as a Raven
But if you think about it we got someone like him (Troy Smith)
& we dont even use dude, but I would like to See Troy Smith start a game, he dont have to be in for a whole game at least a quarter or two and Flacco can take over.

Troy Smith is no Mike Vick. Vick, during his time in the league, was on of the league's fastest and most dynamic players. Troy isn't even as fast as Joe.
And why would you start Troy just to have him in for a quarter? I don't see the logic in that.
