Bart Scott is my current favorite Raven. He's entertaining, hits hard, and worked his way up from the bottom of the organization to the top tier of linebackers in the NFL. Awesome person. I hope he stays with us throughout his career, remains injury free, and can walk out of the game without too much damage done to his body.

I'd have to say that some of my favoraites, past and present are: Ray Leis, Ed Reed, Steve McNair, Derrick Mason, Mark Clayton, AD, Ben Grubbs, Troy Smith, JO, Bart Scott, Haoti Ngata, Chris Mcaslister, and definitely Rex Ryan and Brian Billick

And lastly (though I know he's not techncally and player or a coach) Ozzie Newsome, I think he's responsible for a lot of the major success that the Ravens have had, just look at other teams whose draft success has been less than stellar and you'll see the result of the mistake there.

Ozzie is definitely one of the best when it comes to the draft. The number of Pro Bowls and successful starters that he's managed to find is astronomical. His success rate in the draft and free agency has been almost second-to-none.

The Ravens, put simply, would be no where near the powerhouse they are today if it were not for Ozzie, Phil Savage (now of the Browns), and Eric DeCosta there picking the Ravens superstars of tomorrow in the Draft and from the UDFA. I mean come on, they have drafted 13 players that combined have amounted for 33 Pro Bowl invitations and the players are still playing today!

I remember reading online as the draft grew closer about Ozzie drafting style and how many of the other teams int he league seem to be slowly mimicing the way the Ravens and teams who draft similar to the Ravens draft player, just look at the GM of the team that made so much buzz by draft Thomas and Quinn in the second round (Browns' GM Phil Savage) and befor ehe was with the Browns he worked with Ozzie in the Ravens organization and know has brought that expertise to Cleveland. (Oh and on a funny side not, according to an article I read on USAToday Savage wore a Ravens T-Shirt under his Browns shirt on the day of the draft.)

i agree! i think that ozzie is the main, and he along with the ravens front office and coaching staff , are a big reason why the ravens are such a big power house! we give alot of love to the players as we should, because they put on the uniforms and go out and play, but it takes a great front office with great minds to build a strong foundation for an organization, and no one does it better than baltimore! I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A RAVEN!

All of them but if I had to pick one it would be Reed. I met him last season and he was cool and down to earth. And a ball hawk on the field!!

Anyone who wears purple and black, who leaves it all out on the field.

And who gives his all in the Baltimore community is my favourite Raven.

Man, it is really hard to limit to just one player, but I do have to say I hold Ray near and dear to my heart. I just love his intensity, passion, and leadership. I don't know what I will do when he retires.

Other than that, they are all my favorite players because they play for my team. :D

Cant forget about Mike Nolan when he was here or Jack Del Rio that was with us SB year.

Let me just say Hiring Mike Nolan as our HC was such a great move and put respect back into John York.

Us Niner fans have been blessed to get such a great coach in Mike Nolan. It was such a great hiring and we have gone no where but up since then.

Kyle Boller, Ray Lewis, Todd Heap, Mark Clayton, Kelly Gregg. Mind you, I'm a fan of anyone who plays for the Ravens.

Interesting. There aren't many Boller fans among these parts. :D

I use to be fan, for years I hoped for him and stuck up for him, but he never performed in my eyes, I got sick of it and now I'm not a big fan. I mean I even have his jersey, its just a dust collector now, he just never pulled through for the Ravens.

Ah well, glad to have you aboard anyway and welcome to the boards.

I always thought that he was a guy who needed a season with a clipboard and right people around him in order to succeed. Instead, he started and was injured repeatedly, and his receivers were guys guys like Kevin Johnson and Travis Taylor. The only really dependable guy in the passing game was Heap, and he had a tendency to get injured. Now, look at what the Ravens have. Heap has really solidified into one of the top 3 guys at his position. McGahee is a more versatile back than Lewis. Mason, Clayton and Williams are an amazing receiver corps, and the line just had their best season ever. Best of all, McNair is there, and so Boller can learn at the feet of a real master. And if you look at all this, it's paying dividends already. Boller had the highest QB rating in the league last year, which isn't the end-all be-all for a guy in a backup role, but is an encouraging sign.

Of course, history might make it impossible for him to be resigned with the Ravens, but he's going to be one of those late-blooming guys who does some pretty impressive things. Hopefully it'll be here, but if not, he's gonna make some other team very happy. Of course, with either Boller or Smith, I'm confident that when McNair does decide to hang it up, the Ravens will be well taken care of.
