Do you think this new league has a chance of some stability?

I've heard rumors that it could be a minor league for the NFL.
Not a bad idea. A organization could buy a team in the UFL. Then they could fill their rosters with the NFL team's practice squad or other undrafted free agents or free agents who arent good enough. The UFL could be a chance to give the practice squad players a chance to see playing time and should their NFL teams what they really have to offer. At any time during the season the NFL can call up the players on their UFL team.

Good idea? Bad idea? Thoughts?

I think I will enjoy watching UFL more than Arena, XFL, CFL, or anything. Theres already alot of NFL players on the roster that didnt really cut it. Our own fromer linebacker Gary Stills plays for Las Vegas.

Are the rules going to be NFL rules? Very close or what?

They are similar, only a few different rules.....

1. There is no tuck rule

2. If the ball is fumbled out of the endzone, it will be placed back at the spot of the fumble, depending on which team last had possession

3. The quarterback is allowed to intentionally ground the ball anywhere behind the line of scrimmage if he is under pressure

4. All reviews will be viewed upstairs by the replay official and will only have 90 seconds for review

5. Both teams will be guaranteed at least one possession, similar to college football

That's all I could remember, you might want to check out their website, I could have missed some
