  1. I find it interesting that people are talking about Hue like he would choose Baltimore over Cincinnati. If he gets fired, he's going back to Cinci.
  2. I see our pass batting ability giving Tannehill fits. He's another QB that likes to short arm the ball. If we can play our game, I think our physicality down the stretch beats the Dolphins. It's good this game is at home.
  3. I think Harbaugh is the difference in this game. It feels a lot like the super bowl matchup. Seemingly unstoppable run game with a next generation QB under center. If the D-line can stay disciplined like it did against SF and contain the edges I think we can force Prescott to make some mistakes. Just need to make sure we don't beat ourselves and bail them out. That's where Harbaugh comes in. If we're mentally crisp on both sides of the ball from the time the coin toss lands until the time the clock runs out I think we win by 4 points. If not, I think we'll be in it but we'll fail to overcome the lapses and ultimately lose by 10. If Harbs is to be a Chuck Noll-type figure, this is the type of game this team needs to find a way to gut out.
  4. How about...no?
  5. The play where Mack sacked Flacco he got chipped by Pitta and proceeded to embarrass Wagner, there really was nothing we could do. The O-line was just overmatched. It's the type of game where guys have to make plays when given the opportunity. It's also a game where you need to start running no huddle early and often.
  6. Olympus has fallen
  7. Zuttah's quickly becoming the new Monroe.
  8. He's basically insurance in case a rash of injuries strike in the next few weeks. Otherwise there's just no place for him here. Doesn't have the lower body strength to impose like a Brandon Jacobs and doesn't have to speed/agility to be a one cut slasher like an Arian Foster (which I think the hope for him was). It's too bad but such is the business.
  9. I think Aiken has been a casualty of Mike Wallace. Wallace is at least as good as Aiken underneath but has the added ability to beat corners over the top. As an OC it's difficult sub Aiken for Wallace and both Steve and Moore are better in the slot. Aiken's guy that is going to get his chances because of injury
  10. I think Pees is doing a decent job with play calling bust his personnel casting baffles me. Why is Albert McClellan on the field on ANY 3rd down, so much as on a potential game-deciding drive?? He has the presence of mind to sub Pierce for Brandon Williams in the pass rush but he's got McClellan out there? I don't understand.
  11. Rex couldn't be farther from what Harbs looks for in his staff. Braggadocio, lack of discipline, high risk...I just don't see it happening. He also has too much pride. He'll be on TV before he steps back down to DC.
  12. That's odd. All you have to do is cheer for the Denver Broncos. I'm excited for our offense's coming out party this week.
  13. It was wise to create this thread. These posts clearly played a role in getting Breshad back on the field. Keep it up @Sami84. You're doing the lords work.
  14. You forgot the part where he sprouts wings and burns "Joe Flacco is elite" into the field with fire breath. Seems plausible.
  15. After one game I think it's safe to say Yanda is washed up. Honestly, after four games I think we should slot Waller in at RG because reasons.
  16. I'm worried that the position of the moon will effect the fourth kickoff and we will lose because logic.
  17. Welp, looks like the Baltimore Perrimans are going 1-15 now.
  18. I agree somewhat but I also think that was the game plan. Play it safe and let Rex Ryan do what he does best...beat himself.
  19. We've got a couple of those . I think this team is all-in on situation football and I love it. I expect to see a different approach every week depending on the opponent. We have a ton of football IQ on both sides of the ball and it will pay dividends if we can stay healthy.
  20. Maybe time for a hiatus until after that game then? I think Jimmy is shadowing true #1s all year and I love it. Pees has too much on the line to not doing everything possible. His excuses have been taken away so he's taking away any thing that might cause doubt. Defense too complex? Simplified it. Best corner not on best receiver? Shadow. He's coaching for his job and maybe that's just what we needed.
  21. My take is they were just figuring it out. Offense is about timing and precision and that takes practice. That is the first time our first team offense has played a live game.
  22. Do they come with the mist or is that extra?
  23. Perhaps continue not saying it then? I also expect to see Breshad involved in a big way in this game. I thought it was cool that he and Wallace make bets on who's going to break one. I'm sure he's going to be trying to get his after losing the bet last weekend. Will be awesome to watch that relationship develop over the season, seems like Wallace has sparked to the young buck.
  24. Apparently Brownies are weak at the center position. Expect us to take advantage of our interior DL strength and blitz the socks off the A gap.
