I think the problem a lot of fans have is that the ravens didn't pick up any potential perceived game changers. We may have picked some solid players, but none of them except for the first pick seem like they are going to make much difference. Then fans see that some of the "name brand" players like spence, buckner, and jack get picked up by other teams. Fans then question why didn't we take the chance on someone who could be potentially great vs. being conservative and hoping that the person we pick can play in the NFL. I think that our team is further away from winning than we think. I think we need more play makers on both sides of the ball.

makes no sense to have all these 4th rounders. They should have traded up and got some real players. We need difference makers. we don't need a bunch of developmental players. Sport Illustrated said Spence could be a "Demarcus Ware" type difference maker. Why did we pass on someone who could potentially be that good and pick up a no name?

I think they are over thinking things. They are trying to find a "diamond in the rough" in the second round. Just choose the name brand players and call it a day. They want to target people no one else wants. If the consensus top players are still there, just pick them. No one will fault you if they don't turn out good. But if you choose people who are not on anyones board, then you can't expect much from these players.
