it's not something we consider but harbs and oz have always said we'll take the best 53 no matter what - so if these guys make the best 53 then they will be on the roster - forsett makes it as the veteran, mentor and best pass protector, dixon makes it as a promising rookie, buck allen makes it because of his ability out of the backfield, and west makes it as the form back playing like a house on fire and juice isn't getting cut because he's a swiss army knife and a great special teams player i think we keep all 5 of those guys and we might see special teams and form dictate who the active backs are - i imagine each week 1 of them will be inactive

It is funny how these things come around, I remember in the 2014 draft I had cj Mosley, Terence brooks, terrance west, Crockett and campanaro all coming to Baltimore albeit the rounds were a bit skewiff Maybe there is something to be said for playing for your hometown team - I mean look at the problems with bosa and his contract and obviously there's a problem there with his love of San Diego and football etc. its kind of fascinating how much love of the game is important in this ultra-professional environment now - so that a player (like west) can flourish and work harder because of his passion as a "fan?"
