    Pros:

Ravens have improved the secondary. Yes, he is a reached, but Are you confident Smith stays healthy?

Where are the fans that are so happy we resign Webb, who was on the cap for $8M having Brown and AJ Green torch him. He's cheaper now, but is he any good.

Where are the Fans that thought Wright was a good signing.

Joe will look for Pitta first regardless of who else is playing TE.

    Cons:
I think OJ Howard may be a BEAST J Allen

Suggs is old, Charles Harris would have been a reach too. The true elite pass rushers rarely fall out of top 15. However, how are the Ravens planning to get to the QB.

Must draft pass rusher next or CB means nothing

Ozzie drafted for pass rush last year. You have to give these guys time to develop. Do you really think it is a good idea to use high draft picks on pass rush two years in a row or maybe we should try a few other possitions. Just because everyone says we need to draft pass rush does not make it so. I will trust the people running the team to know what is best.

And are you kidding me with this not happy about our secondary crap? You can argue about pass rush vs secondary all you want but this secondary is so stacked it WILL give our guys more time to get to the QB.

Team is built from ground up. If you give QB time, DB's will not be able to cover receivers SO if there is no GREAT pass rush secondary will be shredded.

Here are some late round draft picks that turned out great guys we have 5 more rounds calm down

    Richard sherman

    Antonio brown

    Brandon marshall

    Robert mathis

    Elvis dumervil

    Marques colston

    David johnson

And lets not forget zachary orr who went undrafted

They won't calm down because they know everything. If it's not the player THEY want or a big flashy name, they are going to say they suck and Ozzie sucks. To them, Ozzie is making all the decisions by himself so it is all on him. Little do they know.

Of course that we are ignorant and think that Ozzie decides himself...
So please, in future, when you reference in Ozzie we trust, add DeCosta, Bisciotti, Harbaugh... to enlighten the masses.

And of course that it is the issue that Ravens didn't pick "big, flashy name". It seems that front office in recent years drafts pick only supporting role players.

    @Malik45168:
And yet again - non of those players are playing for the Ravens...

Point is that Ozzie excelled in picking GOOD guys in later rounds, Issue is that his picks in first 2 rounds in previous years were made by "playing it safe". And those safe picks were, mostly, a miss.
What is perplexing for me here is that Alabama players, in last few years, didn't show almost anything in pro's (Mosely is an exemption) and still he chooses M. Humphrey...
Ravens needs to find someone that will be a face of franchise (like R. Lewis, E. Reed). I would like to hear what players do come to mind to casual NFL fan when they mention Ravens. Right now this is a group of good players without a leader. Please, try to differentiate between guys leading by example and a leader.

"...Alabama players, in last few years, didn't show almost anything in pro's (Mosely is an exemption) and still he chooses M. Humphrey..."

2015: Landon Collins (All Pro Safety)
2014: Ha Ha Clinton-Dix (Pro Bowl Safety)

It's inaccurate to say Alabama players haven't shown anything in the last few years. 3 Bama DBs have been selected in the first two rounds since 2013, and two of those three are Pro Bowl calibre...I'd say that's a pretty good showing. Heck, you've also got Amari Cooper in the 2015 class who is a perennial Pro Bowler.

People need to hold off judgement and stop calling Ozzie a failure, just because he didn't do what all the mock drafts and "expert" fans say he should have done.

    Year Round Pick Player
    2013 NFL 1 9 NYJ Dee Milliner
    2013 NFL 1 10 TEN Chance Warmack
    2013 NFL 1 11 SDG D.J. Fluker
    2012 NFL 1 3 CLE Trent Richardson
    2012 NFL 1 7 TAM Mark Barron
    2010 NFL 1 8 OAK Rolando McClain
    ...

The issue is not that Humphrey will not be good - he might be but there are even lower chance that he will be great. Also, all our previous picks in first and second round are like this. They are just good or busts. Not great players.

You don't have to be "expert fan" to judge Ozzie's decisions
    1 Breshad Perriman
    2 Timmy Jernigan
    1 Matt Elam
    2 Arthur Brown
    2 Courtney Upshaw
    1 Jimmy Smith
    2 Torrey Smith
    2 Sergio Kindle
    2 Terrence Cody
    1 Michael Oher
    2 Paul Kruger
At most this is a list of just good players...
And than we wonder why we don't get into playoffs!??

  6. In both of these videos Osamele shows no finesse. In first video he looks like he is bull rushing and Hali easily redirected his second push. In second video Hali had a lane to go through but slip and Jensen stopped him. Also, Chies DT got free...

Let's see him holding up against Steelers and Bengals.
