Or a qb needy team moving up to 1st.
How about 3 qbs before we pick?
1st 49ers Goff
2nd Browns Wentz
4th Dallas Lynch
Tunsil or Ramsey comes to us. Please don't wake me up ...

Agree. But all the scouts and reporters are high on him, they cannot be all wrong right? RIGHT?

Using your own analogy, why would the Rams give up 2 decent guys for a QB that's far from elite in this week QB class?
Goff is a local kid and rams are moving to LA so it makes sense. If I was a rams fan I would be very excited to see a new local qb instead of 3 decent guys.
But that's just me.

And normally i woukd would agree that 3 good guys is better than 1 elite, but we have very few elite players right now. We are in desperate need of one. And this is our highest draft pick in since Jamal Lewis, we need to take an elite player at 6, no question.
But our team is also getting old. This is a perfect year to get younger without giving up too much. In 2 years these guys will groom and by the time Suggs, Doom, Weedle, Smith and other 'old' players retire they will be there. Not an instant coffee but for me it's more valuable.
I dont want to go through full rebuilding years.

Lets just say the Ravens' big board has the following players listed in this order;
Jack, Buckner, Hargreaves and Bosa. Why take that risk of losing out on their highest rated player still available(Jack in this scenario)
by moving back?
Well, it all depends on the trading partner and the offer. Let's say eagles want to move up to get their qb before 49ers and giving up their 2nd. We would still get one of the elite guys.
Or rams giving up 2 2nds. We will have 15th, 36th, 43rd and 45th. We can even move up to late first and still have a 2nd rounder.
Which one is better?
1 elite guy or 3 decent guys.

Tunsil at 1, QB at 2 and Elliott at 4. That would possibly leave; Jack, Bosa, Buckner, Hargreaves available for us at 6th. I can't
see us trading back if this scenario pans out.
Really? I would 100% trade back in that scenario. For me, we should not trade back if there is only one elite prospect available at 6, if there are more than 3 then just trade back and hope for the best.
Great mock, quality players. Good job.
I did not watch a single college game last year and first time in my life watched all the Ravens games in a season. So don't count on me.
After watching the highlights, I think Kendall fuller is a better pick than Alexander.
Alexander will be getting a lot of flags with that coverage in NFL. He is not turning his head and using his hands too much.
Fuller is the opposite, he is a playmaker and keeps attacking the ball not the player.

Even the Eagles at 8 could want to move up. The Rams and Jets would need a lot of capital to move up from 15 and 20, respectively, and I bet Ozzie would be tempted to take it.
I am all in for trading down. Looks like we did good job in FA but our team is still old. This is a great opportunity for Ravens to get young without loosing talent.
I take 4 or 5 good players over 1 great and 2 good players.
If they don't go qb we will end up getting Stanley or heargraves. No matter what happens we are in a great spot.
I also think other teams would want to trade up to 6 to get their qb before 49ers. We can get a good deal.
Can't be worse than last year.
I think there are too many unknown variables to say something.
Who falls to us?
How far we are trading down?
What is the offer?
I would 100% trade down if Browns don't get a qb and bears offer their first, second and a future first.

The Dream:

2nd: Spence
Not realistic but again it's the dream scenario.
What if Tennessee trade down with a qb needy team?
Rams or Bears or 49ers, Wentz
Browns, Goff
Chargers, Ramsey
Cowboys, Buckner
Jaguars, Jack
Ravens, Tunsil ![]()

I think the idea is to keep Monroe and get Clady as a backup in case Monroe goes down.
I am not a football expert but I would love to see us targeting LT before the draft. That's the only missing part in our offense and I don't want us to spend #6 for Stanley..
That way we can spend our first 2 maybe even first 3 picks on defense. Hargreaves at 6 and 2 DEs at second and third.
