This team has a ton of talent. For whatever reason we're snakebitten. We have three talented young RBs, good young offensive linemen, good dlinemen.

We're honestly a good edge rusher and another corner away at this point if totally healthy.

We don't have bad depth, but if a lot of your team is people in the second unit you're gonna struggle. That's just common sense.

I completely agree with what you just said. Hopefully others will realize this soon.

Believe me, it's the truth. You want to know why guys like @gabefergy don't post here anymore, it's because they're tired of it. They simply have better things to do than put up with it and I'm sick to my stomach of it as well.

I know what you mean, I actually stop posting for a little while over the summer. I would hate to see these fans if we were the Jaguars or the Browns.

Keep in mind, a lot of these were the same people calling Jimmy Smith a bust his rookie year.  Guys take time to develop.  It's part of the game for some.

I think a lot of football fans are spoiled now. They've gotten used to players making contributions as a rookie and that's what they've come to expect every season.

i dont like him. he gets lost and is a horrid tackler. at least from what ive seen. ive seen 2 games from him and he showed the kind of stuff that makes you think hes just a great college rusher. great off the line, engages the tackle decent, bends decent, but ive seen him totally whiff on plays he absolutely should have made too often.

this was last years tape too though, ill give him plenty of looks eventually, i just havent gotten into full blown draft mode yet.

I haven't had a chance to watch him yet, I've only read a few things about him and wanted to see what other peoples opinions were.

I would totally be cool with trading up for an elite pass rusher, but it looks like Carl Lawson could be falling out of favor, so he may be more the Ravens target. Get someone like Tabor in round one and then Lawson in two.

Yeah, I could see something like that happening. I haven't seen many people talk about Lawson this season.

Forgot about that but the reviews aren't that great. I think he can be a guy to replace Trestman during the season. Not a guy I would make as the OC going forward.

I think his reviews are bad because he spent 2013/14 as the coordinator for the Jets. Andy Reid was willing to turn play calling over to him from '06-'12. Up until that point he always called the plays.

Thats the problem, no one on the coaching staff appears to have a lot of play calling experiance. At seasons end there has to be a change IMO if this keeps up

Marty Mornhinweg is currently on the coaching staff. 6 out of the 7 years he has been a Offensive Coordinator in the NFL he has had a top 10 offense.

He is more then frustrated . He wants major changes and that probably includes a  coaching change.

He told ESPN the offense is " embarrassing ".

When does Joe ever make statements like that ?

He is definitely telling the truth when he says it's embarrassing. He doesn't, but that should tell you how bad the situation is.

This situation with Trestman & the offense is considerably worse than the Cam situation .

Joe appears extremely unhappy and I think a change will be made

You can tell he's frustrated, he just won't come out and say it. He probably doesn't want to step on anyone's toes.

I like the fact that Correa showed up on the stat sheet and it appears he is going to get more time. I noticed him, rather than McClellan in on the last drive.

McClellan offers not much to me. He is serviceable in a pinch as a reserve. I'd just as soon see Correa getting his snaps on defense.

Tavon Young was impressive. More and more excited about this class.

Mosley had a great overall game. Suggs and the rush turned up pressure in second half.

    BAD

Where are the tight ends, not named Pitta in this offense? Not one target for Crockett or Maxx.

Forsett is slow, indecisive. Buck Allen is electric in space.

Why is our offense so deliberate and checkdown centric?

Joe looked bad in the second half. This offense needs him to be consistently great.

    2-0 on the road

I know Crockett didn't get any targets, but I did see a couple of good blocks from him.

Good observations, I also felt the same, which is something that I like. I still feel like we don't have that elite edge rusher anymore so I wouldn't mind taking one in the first.

But in all honesty this class is overloaded with talent so I'd like to trade down and get as much picks as we can between the 30th and the 80th. Get a promising DB, an elite C and RB (praying for Wayne Gallman), some refresh at WR, and if possible one of the great Edge rushers.

That would be a killer draft.

    Why Gallman?

Going to say it again, he isnt anything spactacular.   The fact people kept harping he is (potentially)better than Mosley was laughable!

The reason I made the post is because everyone is complaining about Correa. I'm just trying to point out that Jack is just playing in week two and he was originally going to be a top 5 pick.

As far as this draft class goes I'm not sure but its a legit concern. You want a guy to see the field as much as possible if he's a rookie. I'm certain he'll get snaps sooner or later but Judon has seen the field before him so I guess that tells where he is right now. He'll have to earn his spot.

Something I saw earlier had Myles Jack as another one that only played special teams in week one and Von Bell didn't play at all.

It is concerning to see Correa not get one snap. I think if Za'Darius is held out of this game against Cleveland than it would be hard to ignore him. I think he should get back to that furious, and rough style of play that he could have been discouraged from. I don't know but we heard a lot of but him in TC and its weird not to hear much about him since.

It is a little concerning, but he isn't the only second rounder that only played special teams.
