  1. Don't be surprised if we use a high pick on a TE. Right now we have a lot of guys that we can't rely with injuries. None of them have proven that they are top TE's although Pitta once was. This is also a strong class for the position.
  2. Out of that list I wish we kept McPhee and KO, although McPhee has underproduced his contract in Chicago.
  3. Sign us up for another comp pick in 2017, unless the DT market has weakened. I think there are too many teams that can't stop the run with enough cash, while our roster is littered with run stuffers. If Williams generated a better pass rush I would be in favor of paying him.
  4. Why do I feel Matt Ryan's SB win is prefacing a Ryan vs. Flacco super bowl in the future?
  5. We would have to trade down two spots to land a 4th Rounder. I would rather draft an elite player if available vs. trading back. Ozzie has drafted Stanley, Mosley, Ngata, Suggs, J. Lewis, Travis Taylor (BUST), McAlister, Starks, Boulware, and Ogden with his picks in the top 17. Most of those guys were Pro Bowlers when it actually meant something.
  6. If we had 4 legit corners, they would create sacks on their own and we would have the proper depth to handle an injury.
  7. Matthew Dayes is guy worth taking in the later rounds, but IMO we need a No. 1 RB, not another complementary back.
  8. Joe needs to be in a system that utilizes his strengths the best. We need offensive balance to wear down defenses and keep our defense fresh. Lets play smash mouth and protect Joe. Go watch the 2014 tape with Kubiak. That is the recipe for winning with Flacco.
  9. Flacco won a SB with a great TEAM in 2012. It is now 2017. It's time to let it go and focus on what he has done lately.
  10. That would be sweet. Give his some wind and he's got it.
  11. Maxx Williams was hurt all year. Hard to say he is a miss when he showed a lot of promise as a Rookie. Karl Davis is mainly a run stuffer. Perriman shows a lot of promise as a big play WR. I think he dominates fade routes/jump balls, and has the speed to take any play to the house. How we use him in year three will be the telling sign. All year I saw a coaching staff that had no clue how to utilize their roster to get the most out of each players skillset. That is the biggest problem IMO.
  12. Wagner isn't worth 10M if we didn't want to pay KO that. All those Zuttah haters and he got the pro bowl nod, lol. The o-line and system are the biggest question marks entering the offseason. Marty better not waste another year of our fans free time.
  13. I'm rooting for the Patriots because that is the expected outcome. Go Falcons!
  14. Orr was turning into a legit ILB. He was one of the reasons why the defense showed improvement this year with his ability to cover and tackle in space. Also Orr led the team in tackles and tackles per game in 2016.
  15. Ruben Foster becomes a possibility. We also need another CB bad. Same with game breaking RB. And beasts on the O-Line.
  16. If I'm Ozzie I sign Eric Berry and Brandon Marshall. Fill the rest of the holes through the draft. If a solid vet G/C becomes available we could add one as well.
  17. I'm glad that someone pointed out the Carryover Cap situation. Ozzie has failed to use this rule to our benefit. We keep talking about how great our Offesive Linemen are yet the results of the field would say otherwise. If Yanda played well, Stanley played well, Wagner played well, Lewis played well, then how did we struggle in both the run and pass game? Zuttah wasn't great, but it doesn't all fall on him. Imo we can upgrade 3 positions on the O-Line and will see improvements from doing so.
  18. I really hope we draft a Center & Guard Rounds 2-4. Jabril Peppers, Dalvin Cook, D'onta Foreman, Corey Davis, John Ross, Jaylon Tabor, Adoree' Jackson should all be on our short list. We need more playmakers that can win games. Jackson, Peppers, and Ross bring return ability which we also need.
  19. Eric Berry should be our number 1 priority in free agency if the Chiefs don't tag him. He is an enforcer, and playmaker on the back end. If we waived Webb we could add Berry even with a big contract. This guy is everything you want in a football player. Well worth the $.
  20. You better believe all the rule changes and penalties are a major factor in losing viewership. Along with the cord cutters and people who simply don't want to spend 3.5 hours watching a Football Game. I'm cutting the cord this month and plan on purchasing the NFL game pass in 2017.
  21. In what world do we need an undersized scat-back? I don't understand all these people saying to draft Cook outta FSU...now McCaffrey? We have 2, if not 3 solid backs already on our roster. We just have to actually, you know, run the ball. If we want to take a back in the later rounds for insurance, ok sure, but people are talking about blowing our 1st rounder on a RB...why? It makes 0 sense. if we use a first or second on cook or Mac I'll lose my mind Cook is a dominant RB with breakaway speed. Aka you don't need blocking and Cook can still take one to the house and score. Our offense needs more playmakers that make big plays Why wouldn't you want a stud RB and a new commitment to running the football? Dixon is a solid all around RB, but lacks the top end speed. IMO West is a big body who runs hard, but isn't starting caliber in the NFL. Go watch some Ray Rice videos and you will see that the RB position still needs vast improvement if we want to contend in the playoffs.
  22. I was negative on CJ's coverage skills in 2015, but he greatly improved that area as he continued to be one of our better playmakers. He will definitely be getting a 2nd contract if he keeps his play up.
  23. Lol, did we just trade coaches?
