  1. Moore could actually get a chance to make splash plays deep. We have a bunch of receiving backs and are going to throw a lot with Trestman. The wildcard of the season if how we utilize the TEs. If we wanted to get physical, Joe was most effective last year with two TEs on the field and the threat of the run. The Boyle, Williams, and Crockett all got open and Joe found them easy. Why can't Watson, Crockett, Williams, and Pitta do the same in a rotation to keep them healthy?
  2. Kenneth Dixon is the new Ray Rice and might be a better version. On top of the vision, filthy open field jukes, great hands, natural route running, he runs HARD. He is also a little bigger than Rice which benefits him on routes. Buck Allen is also a promising back, but I could see Dixon becoming the workhorse. You don't score 87 TDs in 4 years for no reason. Watch how hard he runs against Oklahoma with no O-Line through 4 Quarters in a blowout. This is our guy.
  3. Reynolds is going to take his spot.
  4. Williams is the most athletic of any of our TE's. Highest vert, fastest 40, and youngest of the group. He also has huge hands that help him make circus catches like the Top WR's in the league. I expect Williams to become a pro bowler in a few years and one of Flacco's favorite targets.
  5. While I do think most of those guys will be great contributors in the future, is it realistic that all of our new additions are the most impressive?
  6. Monroe was fools gold. He had played well under his first contract in Jacksonville and was considered at Top 10 LT when we signed him. Jacksonville had inside info that they would never reveal about Monroe while trying to trade him for picks, but it all makes sense in hindsight. I think Monroe checked out after he got his big contract. He clearly feels slighted by the way the NFL handles injuries and didn't feel risking his health was really worth it. His guaranteed money was enough to feed his family for generations. This is the biggest risk you take signing/trading for a guy that needs his 2nd contract in the NFL.. I would rather sign an aging vet that loves this game and will fight until he can't go anymore. Eg. Mason, Boldin, Smith SR, Pollard, Dumervil, Daryl Smith, etc.
  7. Monroe is gone. Time to move on. Everyone and their mother wanted us to draft a LT. We got the best one in the draft. Top 10 picks should be thrown into the fire. They are supposed to be elite.
  8. I forgot to mention Daryl Smith, Haloti Ngata, etc. All guys that they let go randomly. It aint like we had elite players behind them waiting to make plays. Of course Im looking forward to guys like Urban, Correa, and others to make a huge impact. The difference is now this team is making gambles on these guys. We used to know for sure who was going to step in and perform to expectations of a stellar defense. They are both old as dirt and not the players they were in their prime. SSR is a better player than Boldin. Upshaw never devloped into the player that Ozzie envisioned and can't get after the QB. ZADRARIUS SMITH is his replacement. (remember how he finish the season?) C'mon dude stop looking for things to complain about.
  9. You honestly think Stanley is soft? Stanley is stronger and bigger than Tunsil. He has huge hands that pack a strong punch, long arms, and great feet. Once Stanley gets his hands on a D-Lineman the play is over for the defender. Everyone at camp knew Stanley was a better player than Monroe. Thats why he was cut. It saves cap space which we can carry over into 2017 free agency. The last two drafts will go down as two of Ozzie's best. Give it a year or two and you will be bragging about the 2016 class.
  10. I think Reynolds becomes a stud in the long run. Ultra competitive, twitched up and has great hands.
  11. Jeremy Butler balled out when targeted and when he was on the field. Reynolds looks promising in the slot. Chris Moore looks like a serious deep threat. Go watch his highlights on youtube. 26 TDs in college.
  12. Great news. I just wonder if Perriman is too freakish of an athlete for his tendons and ligaments to hold everything together. Calvin Johnson was riddled with injuries because his ability to leap and run at his size. I just want to see this kid play. Baltimore will fall in love once they see him smoke his first DB.
  13. MT UMORE should be Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Warren Sapp, and Reggie Wayne. Irvin only got the nod cause he works for the network.
  14. I'm excited to see how we use Chris Moore as a Rookie. He was a TD machine in college and seems to be physical enough to handle and beat press coverage. And just heard that Perriman actually doesn't have a torn ACL. He is expected to be ready by Week 1. Lets all cross our fingers and hope we get to see him on Sundays.
  15. I honestly think Dixon will become the every down back like Rice in a year or two.
  16. Steve Smith is a warrior and will be fine. Signing Mike Wallace and drafting Chris Moore shows how much faith the FO put in Perriman's durability and was absolutely the right decision to make. With Flacco, you always want 2 deep threats available on Sunday's to keep teams honest, and open up the offense. Last year we only had Perriman and he got hurt. In 2016 we started with 3, and hopefully Wallace and Moore can fill the void that haunted us last season. Don't forget Aiken is a baller. He will continue to improve playing with SSR and Flacco.
  17. I was skeptical about this pick originally beyond him just becoming a punt returner that may have to wait a few years before the Navy allows him to play. Watching Reynolds run routes and catch the ball makes me think he is a twitched up slot WR who could cause matchup nightmares against LB's, slot CB's, and Safety's. I am excited to see how he develops.
  18. Annnnd he tore his ACL less than a 3 weeks later.
  19. "I've just never seen a guy work as hard as this guy has worked in the last year and a half," Harbaugh said. "There will be a time when he gets past this stuff. This stuff will stop happening, and hopefully it's training camp. We're still expecting really good things from him." Harbaugh on Camp.
  20. I thought the bird thread was funny, but the Joe Flacco Elite joke is stale. I don't care if Flacco throws for 2000 yards, as long as we make the playoffs and have a chance to compete for the Lombardi.
  21. This draft was awesome. My favorite value/upside picks were Correra, Moore, Dixon, and Judon.
  22. Noah Spence isn't the player Correra is. He doesn't have the motor, the fast twitch, or the ability to cover. The Ravens considered the No. 37 pick a 1st Rounder, which they deemed too risky to miss on with the Myles Jack medical. Mackenzie Alexander is a CB with potential, but he his game was covered up by one of the best D-Line's in the country. He was highly overrated going into the draft and didn't go until 54 overall.
  23. You realize Reynolds is a project? LOL
  24. Ozzie and Co. are amazing at misdirecting other teams, the media, and consensus during the draft process. This was a great draft!
  25. If we could trade back and still get Lawson that would be awesome. Floyd has rare rushing ability but needs to add weight to his frame.
