  1. Don't know what Kiper is smoking, but no way Ravens are taking an OT at #1 if Williams, Davis, Ross, Barnett, or Foster are still on the board. Juice is gone because SF is willing to pay him much more $$$ than he's worth. As for Aiken, Indy must REALLY be unhappy with Philip Dorsett.
  2. Webb is a class act. Hope we can bring him back.
  3. I agree. Might as well draft Matt Elam again. Need top talent at #16.
  4. This was a good move, because now we aren't forced to draft Marlon Humphrey in the first round instead of Sidney Jones. This means we can go for a top-notch edge rusher and WR in the 1st two rounds and fill two really big holes. McCaffrey or Cook might drop to us as well. Both are great receivers as well as runners.
  5. Ravens looking for a dependable possession receiver with great hands who can run great routes and score in the red zone. Hello? Who does that sound like? Hint : he played here before.
  6. No one is better at gaining 6 yards on third-and-seven.
  7. I don't blame anyone for signing with the team that will pay him the most. The average career for an NFL player is quite short compared to other sports, a lot of what they sign for isn't guaranteed, and many of them end up broke a few years after retirement because they didn't manage their money well and have no other skills.
  8. If the Patriots land McCaffrey, Brady might play until 50.
  9. I nicknamed him "Whiff" because of all the missed tackles. Now he provides a second reason.
  10. Given the number of tight ends on the roster, why not go to a 2 tight-end set that features a good blocker (Gilmore, Boyle) and let Juice go?
  11. The Ravens missed the playoffs in 2015 because of injuries to "key players." The "key players" returned in 2016 and the team missed the playoffs again. This tells me that the Ravens have a mediocre roster comprised of declining vets and disappointing draft picks. Most of all, it lacks playmakers on both sides of the ball. Answer me this: WHO on the Ravens scares other teams -- a guy or guys you have to really prepare for or get burned? Can't think of a single one.
  12. I think Pitta is the #1 running back, because that's how the Ravens use him.
  13. Signing Victor Cruz would truly be an act of desperation.
  14. NFL just announced their All-Rookie team. Not a single Raven on it, despite so many picks. Really interesting to see who the Ravens passed on to take Correa and Kaufusi who made zero impact.
  15. Bring back Lou Michaels!
  16. What is so hard about running a slant or a comeback? He's not in a wheelchair.
  17. The reason the Ravens don't have playmakers is that they don't draft any. There's a tremendous drop-off in talent between the first and fourth rounds, yet amassing fourth round picks seems more important. They had the same needs before the last draft. What happened?
  18. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing time after time and expecting a different result.
  19. We knew SSS was going to retire, so why didn't we snatch Michael Floyd instead of the Pats? He knocked over 5 guys to score a TD for Brady last week. The reason the Pats contend for the SB every year isn't just Brady. They also have the best coaches and front office.
  20. Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
  21. Ravens should trade their number two pick. It's always a guaranteed flop.
  22. He never took a play off. Glad Ravens fans could see what real effort looks like for three years.
  23. The starters phoned in this last one as expected. So why not take a look at some players who didn't play much this year? Totally wasted opportunity and afternoon. At this point, have no reason to believe next year will be better. Good time to retire, SSS.
  24. I love SSS. I wish he had been a Raven his whole career. Plays just like Anquan did. We'll see both in the HOF.
