  1. We definitely need him to continue the progress that he showed during the later part of the season. He has way too much potential not to be better this season.
  2. The signing of Wallace and drafting of Moore looks brilliant right now, too.
  3. Another factor is that when you injure one knee you tend to stress the other one during rehab by putting extra weight on it and favoring it.
  4. I much rather that we had traded down and taken Devin Smith in the early second round. If not him, then we could have had Funchess or Green-Beckham. If all else failed we could have gotten Tyler Lockette when he was on the board in the 2nd round. What we got was another kid with potential who will be half way through his rookie contract without ever having played a down in the NFL. I know that hindsight is 20-20, etc., so hold off on the negatives,
  5. I remember that one of my first posts in here was along the lines of "if Perriman even makes it through training camp without injury." I am so glad that we signed Wallace. This might open the door for resigning Bolden, too. That would be enough to keep us respectable this season. Moore will need to learn a few route trees to be on the field much this season. I sure hope that our running game is solid.
  6. He would fit the profile of an aging veteran that we could get for a low price. Besides, he knows the system and could fit right into the slot. On the other hand, do we go with what we have and hope for the best? I'm curious how Reynolds will do in the slot. I'm sure that Ozzie is seeking out a trade for another receiver before training camp already.
  7. Seriously?? You just mentioned A group of undrafted unproven wrs. How did it work out last year?? Well, considering Kamar Aiken had more Catches, more Yards & more TD's than either Torrey Smith or Anquan Boldin (despite both of them making over $8 million per season), I would say that worked out much better. More production and a $16 million cap savings.... We haven't seen the ceiling with Aiken yet now that we have Wallace on the outside stretching the field.
  8. All of the above. I would take a flyer at Bolden if the price is right.
  9. I don't see the Ravens making a move with Monroe just yet. There were too many injuries last season. Wagner could play RT or LG. I would prefer seeing Stanley start the season at RT or LG rather than just throw him in there as the starting LT. This will all depend on how ready and durable that Monroe is by then.
  10. I don't doubt that Monroe will be back sometime soon to increase the pressure on Stanley. There isn't a clear LT right now but that could change if Monroe comes back healthy in time for training camp. We found out last year that Flacco will suffer if we don't have solid depth at LT.
  11. Other college LTs have become great LGs too,
  12. #99
  13. I know that it cost us a shot at Bosa or Ramsey but who didn't enjoy seeing us knock off the Steelers?
  14. I sure want us to beat the Eagles and Redskins at home, too.
  15. Some mock drafts had Dixon ranked as high as the 2nd round. His statistics in college were amazing. I think that he needs to gain a few pounds of muscle and work on hanging on to the ball. Other than that, he is clearly our number 3 RB and occasional slot receiver on 3rd downs and in the red zone.
  16. I really think that Wallace and Weddle will be superstars for the Ravens this year!
  17. He and Weddle will be the shutdown safety solution to our woes.
  18. FS 32 WEDDLE, ERIC U/SD 23 Lewis, Kendrick U/Hou 31 Brooks, Terrence 14/3 41 Levine, Anthony SF12 Unfortunately for Brooks, he has a rough road ahead of him with the signing of Eric Weddle. I don't see Anthony Levine making the team this year. (source: http://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/depthchart/BAL).
  19. I predict that Forsett will the number one RB. Elam will be kept for depth regardless of performance because the Ravens hate to release high draft picks until they hit the free agency market.
  20. It was a very costly mistake.
  21. We will have to stretch the field and put more pressure on the opposing QBs just to make it to 9 and 7. If not, then there will be another .500 or less looming in our future.
  22. Wallace and Perriman alone can blow the top off of coverage.
  23. I'm worried about how the knee will stand up after he gets hit low a few times in the exhibition season. Right now, I see Wallace as the #1 and SSS as the #2. The other guys will see a lot of reps and be noticed.
  24. I hope that he's learned how to cover better than he did last year.
