  1. Please tell me what you would have called.
  2. I just do not understand the hate for Trestman at all. Perriman drops a first down one drive and someone in the game thread blamed Trestman. Wallace dropped a TD on an awesome throw by Flacco and it was all Trestman's fault. Wagner gets beat, Fowler hits Flacco's arm on the pick -Trestman's fault. Forsett and West are the worst running back tandem in the league (Dixon coming back soon hopefully!), but it's Trestman's fault we can't run the ball. I just do not get this board's infatuation with blaming coordinators whenever anything goes wrong.
  3. How on Earth are people saying Flacco played poorly? Dropped TD by Wallace, no run game, got hit on that last INT. Do you guys even watch the game?
  4. Alex Lewis hurt? Jensen was in that drive.
  5. He made a tackle on a kickoff after that, I believe
  6. Wright almost got that sack. Good pickup by their RG
  7. Agreed. Trestman needs to go. All his fault Wallace dropped that
  8. Dude that couldn't have been a better throw. Gotta catch that.
  9. In before that one poster blames Trestman for that Wallace drop.
  10. Bortles is so overrated because of fantasy football.
  11. Our best running back is hurt. Give it time.
  12. No offense, but this right here makes absolutely no sense. Trestman's job stops when he calls the play essentially. Can't catch, run, throw, or block for the players.
  13. Would not be surprised to see him cut once Waller and Dixon return. He just did not look good at all in the preseason. Hope he does well, but it does not look like it will be for the Ravens. With that said, I still think they should have just cut Forsett and kept Dixon, West, Allen as the backs, but that does not look likely to happen.
  14. He also had the opportunity for a huge game. The 3rd and forever in which Flacco got hit could have been a huge play if blocking held up a split second longer. The interception in the endzone was underthrown and could have been a TD with a better throw. And that deep throw vs Haden might be a big gain if that throw was further inside. Not to mention he generated a TON of separation on that dig route he caught that was challenged.
  15. He is good.
  16. Tough to call it a great throw as he was wide open. As taboo as it is here for whatever reason, I would call it a great call by Trestman.
  17. Forsett is a strict zone stretch back. He has incredible vision, but cannot create anything. Dixon should come back and be the lead guy no question. Still think Forsett is cut for real if Dixon didn't get hurt. I like West a lot, but he seems like just a plodding back. At least he makes a guy miss every once in a while though. The offense has SO much exciting young talent with Dixon, Perriman, Moore, Crockett, Maxx, and even Aiken.
  18. Would you rather have had Coleman single covered? It's not Pees' fault the edge rushers are not generating any pressure at all.
  19. I really don't understand the hate for Trestman. The play he drew up for Moore should have been a TD. The interception in the endzone intended for Perriman also would have been a TD if Flacco threw it to the outside and didn't underthrow it. As for the ground game- I think Dixon will be huge when he gets back. Forsett has great vision, but just doesn't look explosive. West looks like a good change of pace back, but that's about it. Perriman looked really good today. Got a ton of separation on that dig route on 3rd down that was reviewed and, like I said earlier, got behind Haden on what could have been a TD. Would love to see him and Moore more involved.
  20. It would have actually been 23-21, which makes it even bigger.
  21. Minor calf injury sounds like he'll be out there soon. It's a long season and there's no need to rush anyone back especially in week 2, especially with his history, especially with the wide receiver depth the Ravens have.
  22. Nassib is an edge player and will probably be on Wagner 90% of the time. Shelton is the one to worry about with Zuttah.
  23. It definitely means something. The Ravens aren't 25-9 against the Browns because of luck.
