Joe isn't the problem
Please stop defending the guy. His lack of production is as big a part of the team's problem as the Ravens' inability to keep players healthy, and their inability to draft playmakers for the last 5 years. Since he signed that $126 million dollar contract, the highest he's finished as a QB is 16th in the league (2014). The other two years, he finished 30th and 32nd, and is again ranked near the bottom this year at 27th. That's terrible. He may not be THE problem, but he is a BIG problem.
I think it is arrogant to pin the majority on him when it's a collection of issues attributing to his poor performance. Oline, dropped passes, Game plan for example.
