  1. I think it's funny every single person seemingly was saying Lewis at LG. He has the same size as Wagner but more athletic. He looks like the perfect guy to play RT. He really only played guard because we had Wagner and Stanley, and he was the best other option at guard.

I love Stanley and Lewis at tackle, and Yanda at RG, obviously. I think Siragusa will be the perfect guy to play LG; he's the big body, road grater type. He specializes in run blocking, and that's what we need. I really want to see what Urschel can do at center! I like Urschel better at center and Jensen at guard. Jensen will provide solid depth at the guard or center spots.

  2. It's obvious we need another dynamic WR and probably add another vet as depth. Knowing this, I've been watching a lot of game tape of the 'big 3' from the draft.  My findings: Corey Davis is the most well rounded. A little raw, but I think he has the best potential to be a true #1 WR we need. Him and Perriman would be a great duo going forward. The more film I watch on John Ross, the more I like him. He is truly dynamic! To me he is the most similar WR I've seen to Antonio Brown in a while. He is faster too, but not even close to as good of a route runner...yet. I think he's a guy you can count on for a few big plays a game; he is not however a guy who has a chance to win every matchup like AB, Julio, or Green, however. Ross and Perriman would also be a great pairing, with a possession type added in. As for Mike Williams, I like him as #2 or 3 WR. Doesn't get good separation and makes a lot of contested catches because he has to. Would be great as a red zone target and would help move chains.

-Here's another idea: if we could get Ross or Davis, and are still looking for a true "possession" guy, why not use Waller. We have a surplus of TE's, and Waller was drafted as a WR. Huge size and great athletic ability. He showed some glimpses of being really good, and some not. I'd love to see him come in in 3 and 4 WR sets and work the middle of the field, while Perriman, Wallace, and Ross/Davis on the outsides. Then our good rotation of TE's also factoring in.

  3. I think we can now wait till round 4 to get a high upside CB in this deep class if we resign Webb, which looks like we will! At CB we will have Jimmy Smith, Brandon Carr Tavon Young, and Ladarius Webb. On paper, that looks amazing! Then at safety we got Weddle and Jefferson. Webb can also be our backup safety. Love that Webb resigning! We also have Levine as a backup safety who could also play linebacker.

Then in the first three rounds, I think we go WR, pass rusher, O-line, and another at one of those positions.

I'm not sure if it is just because Corey Davis plays in a smaller conference or what, but his break away speed to me looks faster than John Ross. I do hesitate with him coming out of Western Michigan though.

I get that same feeling...To me, Williams looks like primarily a possession guy (doesn't get a whole lot of separation), Ross looks primarily like a speed guy (although runs good routes!), and Davis can do it all! My nod goes to Davis, but I'd take the other two all day. Any of those dudes will greatly better our team. Imagine Ross, Perriman, and Wallace. Speed kills.

  5. Love the Ross pick! Imagine having Perriman, Wallace, and Ross...we'd have the fastest receiving core in world history haha. With those three on the field, it would tough for the opposing D to shut them down! And in case you're wondering about possession type guys, well, that's what our plethora of TE's are for. Williams, Gilmore, Boyle, Watson, Pitta, Waller can all be effective pass catchers, especially in rotation. I like moving Waller back to WR as a big-bodied possession guy.

I like the second round pick, but it's a toss up between Quincy Williams and King to me.

For our second round picks I think we'll go OLB and OL.

  6. I like Alex Lewis better at RT than at LG. He seems like an athletic guy who protect the edge. To me he doesn't seem much like the mauler type at guard, who can open holes for the run game. I think center is number one priority. I remember to the year before when Jensen played LG while KO played LT. Jensen looked amazing at guard - although being next to KO.

  7. How about BRA? Best reciever available.

-Corey Davis: best overall WR. Physcial, great route runner, speed enough for deep ball, red zone target, etc.

-Mike Williams: great size and strength, true possession WR, great at contented catches, red zone target. He doesn't have sudden burst though. Would be great complement to Perriman.

-John Ross: stupid fast, good route runner and deep threat, shifty, playmaker.

I think any of these dudes can help tremendously and make our team a lot better now and in The future.

  8. Mike Williams just had a great pro day for Clemson. He ran in the mid 4.5s, probably solidifying himself as the #1 wr in the draft.

And as for possession wr, we don't need a "possession Reciever; we are looking for a chain mover. Ross can do that!

Then we have M. Williams, Boyle, Crockett, and Waller whom can be possession dudes. I even like rotating Waller in at WR for a "possession WR."

Imagine drafting Ross and having him be our kick returner, while Campanaro is our punt returner and WR in dime situations.

Round, Pick: Name, Position, School (Height Weight)

    TRADE: Ravens: 1st -16th Overall. Giants: 1st -23rd Overall, and 2nd -55th Overall.

    -          Why? Giant make a move to grab either Cook or Fournette.

    1, 23: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson, (6-4 218lbs)

    - Absolute stud, has the quickness, length, hands and playmaking ability that has everybody drooling. I think he will slide here because of John Ross' crazy 40, and all the hype around Corey Davis. Reminds me of AJ Green.

    2, 15: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson, (6-1 199lbs)

    - Another Clemson star. Was PFF number 1 CB in college last year. Has the height, length, speed, and ball skills to be the NFL's next great CB. Has some red flags, gets too hands on, and doesn't get his head around and will likely attract a lot of penalties if he cannot fix it. Reminds me of Xavier Rhodes.

    2, 23:  Jarrad Davis, ILB, Florida, (6-0 238lbs)

    - Great run stopping ILB. Has instincts and anticipation, plays with a high motor and high football IQ. He has the toughness and the relentlessness that scream Ravens. Injury concerns mixed with the NFL transitioning away from bigger, "Ray Lewis Type" linebackers in exchange for smaller coverage guys. Reminds me of Thomas Davis.

    3, 14: Tyus Bowser, OLB, Houston, (6-3 247lbs)

    - Great speed, size, has the potential to be an elite pass rusher. Needs to learn more about being a pass rusher and relying less on his physical attributes at the next level. Reminds me of Brandon Graham.

3, Comp: Isaac Asiata, OG, Utah, (6-3 323lbs)

    - A behemoth on the interior. A force to be reckoned with in the run game, with excellent footwork. Lacks the speed to get out and make blocks downfield. Reminds me of Mike Iupati.

    4, 16: Dede Westbrook, WR, Oklahoma, (6-0 178lbs)

    - A complete speed demon. Reliable hands, good in the slot and can obviously stretch the field. Creates separation with more than his speed alone. Has off the field concerns, (Domestic violence) and his size can scare some teams away. Reminds me of Desean Jackson.

    5, 15: Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming, (6-1 219lbs)

    - Runs with patience, hits the hole hard, has decent speed, good power, and great vision. Is not the most explosive back and receiving is an issue. Reminds me of Isaiah Crowell.

    6, 14: Jon Toth, OC/OG, Kentucky, (6-5 307lbs)

    - Has the frame that most teams look for in lineman, but lacks the strength to hold his own against larger nose tackles, and is a sub par athlete at best. Reminds me of Bryan Stork.

    7, 16: Freddie Stevenson, FB, FSU, (6-0 234lbs)

    - He can run, he can block, and he can catch... Who does that remind you of? Reminds me of Juice/Mike Tolbet

    Projected Depth Chart:

    QB: Flacco/Mallet

    RB: Dixon/West/Woodhead/Hill

    FB: Stevenson

    WR: Wallace/Perriman/Camponaro

    WR: Williams/Westbrook/Moore

    TE: Pitta/Williams/Gillmore/Waller

    LT: Stanley/Hurst

    LG: Yanda/Urschel

    OC: Zuttah/Toth

    RG: Asiata/Urschel

    RT: Lewis/Hurst

    DE: Jernigan/Henry/Davis

    DT: Williams/Pierce

    DE: Guy/Urban/Kaufusi

    OLB: Suggs/Bowser

    ILB: Mosley/Correa

    ILB: Davis/McClellan

    OLB: Smith/Judon

    CB: Smith/Claiborn

    CB: Young/Tankersley

    -          SCB: Powers

    FS: Jefferson/Levine

    SS: Weddle/Elam

Love this. Toth is my number 1 center.

  11. I love the Levine signing. I love him as a special teams ace and back up SS. But where I think the real value may lie, is at ILB.

We got Mosley who is a top MLB. He's a true tackling machine, who can shed blocks and blitz. Even shows some range in coverage. But, I think Levine can play Orr's role! Just look at players like Deon Bucannon, Deion Jones, Su'a Cravens, and Mark Barron. These hybrid safety/linebckers excel in coverage and being able to really run sideline-to-sideline.

I think Levine can be a great complement Mosley. Levine had a great preseason last year. We also may having something in Correa at ILB or Osawor

  12. Alex Lewis was a better tackle coming out of college than Rick Wagner. More athletic, while the same size. Ravens have had good luck drafting Oline. Stanley and Lewis can be two great young tackles. we need a legit backup tackle, though.

Yanda- best guard in the game. Check. As for RG, Urschel or Jensen? Zuttah= subpar. I'd say with one of our round 3 picks, we'll come away with a new starting tackle or center. I'd feel good about our line if Lewis can play solid at RT (which I expect), Stanley gets better (which he did by the end of the year), Yanda is healthy, and we come away with a really solid center or guard.

  13. What if we used that money to try and sign DB Stephan Gilmore from Buffalo. We'd have Smith, Gilmore, Young, as well as Weddle and Jefferson. We wouldn't have to use a high draft pick on CB.

Pierce and Carl Davis playing NT instead...

  14. Just think about this:

Round 1: John Ross. What if we had Ross in the slot, Perriman and Wallace on the outside. That would be the fastest group of WRs in history. They all have potential to be good all around WRs, rather than just down the field threats.

Round 2: Best available CB. White, Conely, King, Wilson? Any of them can step in and be a day 1 started.

    Round 3: Center

    Round 3: Pass Rusher

    -3

  15. Quincy Wilson is the guy I see on the board still when our pick roles around, although Sidney Jones may be too, in which I'd take Jones. Quincy and Jimmy on the outside would be awesome; they'd be two huge cover corners! However, if we were to play the Pats, all their WRs are small and shifty, so we wouldn't match up too well.

Tavon in the slot is going to be awesome.

  16. I think Quincy Wilson will be there, and Lattimore, Sidney Jones, Barnett, and Williams all gone.

Shoot, Quincy Wilson and Jimmy Smith would be two huge cover corners on the outside. Tavon Young in the slot. I'd actually really like to see corners get drafted round one and round two, to go from our weakness to our strength. All young great talent.
