Harbaugh has been losing the team for years, it started Year 5 when Reed and Pollard started the mutiny, they knew they were wasting their last years and needed something to chance. Luckily for Harbaugh Reed left and then Pollard was purged (even though he was still a quality player) Don't forget a few years ago when he was using STICKERS as motivation in practice as if he was coaching peewee football Hes all talk, always has been.

If John "Bible Thumping" Harbaugh hires Greg Roman as OC over Mike McCoy then he needs to go. Harbaugh has proven one of two things these last few years, he is either inept at hiring effective coaches (see Marc Trestman) OR he is content with his coaches being awful (see Dean Pees) Either way its a problem, and hiring Roman should put his butt firmly in the hotseat Don't spew all that BS about "hurr durr he won a Super Bowl half a decade ago". This is a "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY" league and you all know it whether or not you'd like to admit it. EDIT: Truth hurts, doesnt it?
