 I understand people feel like their grades based on in-depth analysis from YT highlights on the players are relevant. How about we let them play before crying and writing them off as a bust or a bad pick.

Being injury prone doesn't make someone soft. This is a mans sport, physical, and injuries are inevitable. The "mosquito bite" reference just shows me you haven't played the game yourself. He was a solid player in Jacksonville. At the time when we initially signed him it wasn't bad at all. It's easy to say this now after the fact. No one can predict the future when signing players. 

Way too early to be asking this question. No GM is perfect, fans get spoiled when we're consistently putting out solid teams that compete almost every season. How about we wait for a few years before starting this topic? Unless you just like whining. Many fans of other teams wish they had Ozzie.
