Thanks for the info. During the offseason I would like to see us concentrate on improving our running game so I prefer a tight end who has blocking skills. Though it would be nice to have a tight end who can run a pattern beyond the line to gain on third down.

With a great TE class and expendables on the roster we could possibly see a reason to take one and get back to that. Jake butt or Evan engram in the 2nd would both be great additions. One is a dependable catcher and competent blocker which are things we need, the other is a dependable and very dynamic receiving threat who can move all over the field and make big plays and tough catches.

 

I didn't think Engram was much of a blocker. How do you assess his blocking ability?

I can appreciate you wanting to dwell on the positive. Yes there was some positive for the Ravens but there was so much negative tonight. We should play better.
