Think that was reverse psychology.

You are not alone.
I would like to preface what I am about to say with I would not be disappointed if we drafted Jack, from the only interview I saw him do he seems like a great guy and some who could become a leader on this team, but I am concerned with a few things:
1. The knee- I know it was not an ACL, but we have seen what happens to first round picks with knee injures, doesn't mean he won't be all fine by the start of the season it is just a worrisome thing.
2. Tackling and lack of tackling numbers- People have said he is an aggressive tackler and I agree, but I don't think he tackles well, call me crazy and if you can prove me wrong I will admit it, but many of his tackles are either gang tackles and he is coming in late to finish it off or tackling with his entire body instead of wrapping up or he grabs the top of the shoulder pads and spins him around until he falls. Also he averaged I think 50 tackles a year that seems low as a MLB unless I am missing something, could be he is in coverage and doesn't have as many opportunities.
3. He is so versatile and people have called him a chess piece that I think that you would want a "grand master" to get the most out of him and I don't think that Pees has the creativity to get the very best out of him. This is obliviously not something that should stop us from taking him, but just another concern I have.
I also think the draft is going to go Tunsil, Wentz, Ramsey, Bosa, Jack so I don't see us getting a chance to draft him, but you never know.
Looks like the KO offer may get a little more aggressive, we can hope.

Yep and here comes the sign Lafell and Chandler chants.

And do I really need to bring up the names Steve Hauschka and Billy Cundiff to remind everyone how painful it is not to have a superstar at K?
I'm surprised that name didn't get censored lol.

Except extra points.
Just now, GrimCoconut said:Well, I'm pumped. Let's keep KO.
Love to see him sign before free agency starts highly unlikely as that is crazier things have happened.

Sam Bradford?
Now let's lock up KO. Pretty please.

Maybe, but I could see them taking a CB to pair up with Sherman.
Just now, balfan23 said:I do find it interesting that they have this narrowed to 2, when a big question mark is still left out there - what is going to happen with KO. I wonder if their 2 player set up assumes that we're going to ultimately land KO and that Stanley is not one of the 2.
I think that is the feeling and like I said before I think it is VH3 and Bosa, one that in all likelihood will be there and the other probably won't, but if he is we take him which would disappoint me I really like VH3.
Well Walter Football has us getting Ramsey(Tunsil, Wentz, Buckner, Bosa and Jack going 1-5), VH3 going to the Giants at 10, William Jackson going to the Eagles at 13, Kendall Fuller going to the Redskins at 21, Eli Apple going to the Steelers at 25 and Mackensie Alexander going to the Panthers at 30. Of course this is a mock, but that is quite a run on CBs.
I believe the draft will go Tunsil, Wentz, Ramsey, Bosa, Jack and it will come down to VH3 and Buckner personally I would go VH3. Think it addresses an immediate need and I think he is going to be a great CB. Also I think that Ramsey, Alexander, Apple and Jackson at least go before we pick again in the second round.
Just now, RavensDieHard21 said:I think Jack is in the conversation as well if the Cowboys take Bosa.
Possibly, but I thin the Jags take him because I think they sign a CB in free agency.
Probably down to VH3 and Bosa and I think Bosa is going to the Cowboys.
We pull a "Draft Day" and trade up to the 1st pick giving up the next 3 years worth of number 1's and proceed to select VH3...VH3 no matter what.
1 minute ago, Jacquouille said:One of the scenarios I don't want to see is picking Su'a Cravens in the 2nd. I feel the bust.
Come on Cravens on the Ravens that is perfect. Just need to grab Le'Raven Clark Lol.
VH3 and Boyd if we keep KO if not VH3 and Spriggs.
1 minute ago, PurpleCity5 said:I don't know if there are any out there worth resigning. I can imagine us targeting Stanley or Spriggs in the 2nd rather than signing a LT. We could sign one, it wouldn't be awful, I believe we won the SB with Bryant McKinnie who was our LT, granted he was awful the next year.
Just trying anything to avoid taking Stanley really want a playmaker.
Just wondering are there any LTs that we can sign considering we are offering 10 million or so to KO? Just a thought.
I could see them trading for Kaep or Mccarron or Garoppolo or making a big offer to Osweiler.

Hope that means Stanley is out of the running.
