I don't think they should ever get another NFL team. They blew their second chance after they lost the Cards back in 1987. While both Baltimore and Houston did very well supporting the Ravens and the Texans after the Colts and the Oilers left.

Well, I lived there for some time. They certainly are among the best fan bases in the country. They have they're share of idiots, but even after all the crappy football they've endured since 1999, not one blackout locally.

 

Every stadium is empty when the home teams getting killed. 

Like Redskins fans did at Fed Ex last year being blown out the first half 

And Ravens never had one blackout locally nether 

Fans boooo to let the team know were not happy.

But Joe goes three and out sometimes. We need to find a QB that never does that.

Remember how we used to watch the Colts in Baltimore. I didn't see one dance at Memorial Stadium when they scored a TD. Not even Glenn Doughty or even Roger Carr danced in the end zone. When they scored they just spike the ball and greeted each other. Not the stupid stuff we see players do every game now. Even the late Tom Landry who wouldn't allow his cowboys to celebrate like that, He has warned them if he sees them do that expect a big fine from me. 

Let them celebrate as long as it isn't vulgar, disrespectful, or game delaying.

Well look at college football. Refs are so strict on TD celebrations. Now some games when a team has an 40 point lead in 4th they do it anyway and you saw refs throwing flags on celebrations. Like the one Notre Dame got
