  1. The outspoken former Ravens wide receiver is taking the next step in his professional life with the broadcast media. He chose NFL Network so he could focus only on football, and will jump into his new role immediately at Super Bowl LI.

Steve Smith Sr. has found his next profession, and it’s what his fans may have guessed.

The other rumor about the Raiders was that Ronnie Lott was going help finance a new stadium in Oakland.   In San Diego, the taxpayers essentially told Spanos to drop dead!

Just like Shaffer told Irsay to drop dead when he wanted a new stadium in Baltimore to replace the old Memorial Stadium.

I'd rather they spent the money on lower ticket or concession prices.  I go the game to see a LIVE game, not watch videos.  They upgraded the video boards a few years ago.  Who cares about pretty bathrooms -- clean and functional are all you need.  This isn't a hotel.  It's a football stadium!

Look Football is a longer game than Baseball is. The thing is you can hold it in til after Chris Davis bats. But you cant hold it in til halftime

  4. The Baltimore Ravens are in an upgrading mood. While currently upgrading their practice and executive facilities, M&T Bank Stadium is getting a bit of a face lift as well.

The Ravens announced a $120 million self-funded investment into improvements to their stadium including upgrades to the video displays and a new sound system. Teaming up with the Maryland Stadium Authority, they have agreed to contribute an additional $24 million – designated for general stadium upkeep – bringing the total to $144 million in combined funds.

This is yet another phase of the continued investment into M&T Bank Stadium to bring the experience up to par with newer stadiums being built.

Ray Lewis would be a very nice coach but Harb's would not be able to control Lewis so this would not even be possible. They may put on a good dog and pony show like they attempted to land him but in the end we live and die by the Harb's recklessness and great mind as a offensive brain child.

If Ray goes to Mr Biscotti and tells him..Well sir,,i tried to improve the defense but Harbaugh told me no. And Mr Biscotto will say...John.. Um... YOURE FIRED!

Casino mogul Adelson pulls out of Raiders-Vegas stadium deal

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Billionaire casino mogul Sheldon Adelson pulled out of a deal Monday to build a $1.9 billion domed stadium for the Oakland Raiders in Las Vegas

The move deprives the team of a chief financial backer as it seeks to bring professional football to Las Vegas for the first time.

Adelson played an instrumental role in the effort to lure the Raiders, which eventually grew into spending $750 million in taxpayer money on the deal.

He and his family had pledged $650 million — an amount the team will have to seek from other sources.

In a statement, the Raiders acknowledged Adelson’s involvement in the project over the past year and promised to make good on owner Mark Davis’ vow to move to Las Vegas.

Adelson’s withdrawal means the Raiders will go forward with a decision pending before NFL owners, who must approve the move.

The $1.9 billion project would consist of a $500 million commitment from the Raiders, along with $750 million approved by the Nevada Legislature last year with an increase on Las Vegas hotel taxes. That leaves $650 million — Adelson’s previous pledge — to complete the funding.

Team officials said previously they were enlisting investment bank Goldman Sachs for the project.

The lease proposal would have the Raiders pay $1 a year in rent and operate the 65,000-seat stadium that would be built at a site yet to be decided, probably just off the Las Vegas Strip.

In Adelson’s terse statement, the chief executive of Las Vegas Sands Corp. declared that he had been shut out of talks that led to the lease proposal last week between the team and the public board tasked with building and owning the stadium.

Clearly you missed my point.  How are you going to sit here and say a wrestler (Roman Reigns) could take Lee when you acknowledge that Cena plays a Marine and isnt one? You do realize, wrestlers are actors as well, entertainers. I mean, wouldnt you want to bet on someone who has experience, like oh, i don't know, a gold medalist Olympian.  Roman Reigns doesnt even have martial arts experience.  Oh, the irony.  What im trying to say is Bruce Lee wasn't an actor who portrayed martial arts, he was a martial artist who acted. So you think Undertaker works at a funeral home? (that's a rhetorical question) Knowing is half the battle my friend.

"Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them."

You really think if Bruce Lee was alive today he could beat up Roman Reigns? Only way he could beat up Roman Regins if this man says so.

Holy hell, at this point i think you are just messing with us for fun, i really hope so.  I am 31 years old, read all his books, seen all his movies, every piece of film he has been in, and wasnt even alive until 12 years after his death, and even i  know what he meant to the martial arts community.   At this point, i bet you think John Cena is an actual Marine and Undertaker works at a funeral home. Obviously 30 men is a reach, but ive worked with people and have trained with people who can handle four people, not easy obviously, but a highly trained professional that knows what hes doing, yea...good luck

    @January J Dude....

John Cena is not a marine..He just played one in the movies. Just like Alec Baldwin played pilot in a commercial.

Is that supposed to be spelled wrong?

You do know Bruce Lee developed his own martial arts and is considered one the greatest of all time if not the greatest, right?  He wasn't "just an actor"

Bruce Lee was an actor. You really believe a man can take 30 men all at one time?
