Build through the draft... no need to pay for a mid to top tier DB. We need to get this cap under control so we can keep making moves in the future and not be tight against the cap every year. Pitta is essentially killing us at this point by being this determined to play again. He hasn't really seen the field in essentially 3 seasons, and both seasons after signing the contract. He also is putting his health at risk if he suits up again. If he isn't on the field and showing good, then we cut him in June to free up cap space. I'm pretty sure Watson essentially declared Pitta done in Bmore, by him retiring or released post June.

If KO walks, I hope he gets a monster deal to ensure we get a 3rd rnd comp. In the meantime let's celebrate keeping wright coz the D is almost set. Old reciever yes, but if he can perform at the level Steve Smith can and still continues to do, then Im all for him coming back. Likely a cheap option too for a solid possession receiver that already has chemistry with Flacco. A cheap 2 year contract would be awesome.

Really wish Harbs would step up and stop protecting his "friends"... Drop Pees and (hopefully) bring back Pagano after he is let go after this season. Se should've placed Schaub on IR and given Renner his proper chance. He had exciting play in the preseason even if it was garbage preseason play. Kid did NOT QUIT and deserves a chance for playing like a true raven. Can we please get some leadership in the lockerroom too? Without Lewis this team is lax and lost.

So So soooooo disappointed we cut Renner to add Mallet. Renner played like a Raven ion his limited time and deserves a chance to prove himself. I do not agree with the notion that Clausen made his case to be a starter just bc he played "slightly" better than Schaub. Place Schaub on IR and bring Renner back and give him a proper chance!!!!!
