  1. This is what I am wondering. I also heard that police reports were erased from the system before they could checked...something is really fishy with this.
  2. For what it's worth, here is what I'm hearing about the 2nd flag. Joey was out there as Brown was receiving medical attention. (Anyone on the staff can be out there). I'm hearing Burfict came over to say something to Brown as he was being helped off the field. Was probably going to apologize or something. However, everyone on the team hates Burfict and believes he intentionally targets people then plays it off as an accident. (See So Joey swatted his hand away as he tried to touch Brown. The Bengals took exception and surrounded him. They bumped him multiple times. Knowing Joey, he said some stuff and Pacman was infuriated. The penalty was for Pacman then trying to climb over the refs back to get into Joey's face. I don't think the ref saw him. He just felt the push. Plus. I don't necessarily like the flag, but refs throw flags often even if it is a minor touch. Still think that shouldn't have been called but I will not pretend like I am not happy with the result. LOL...although winning the battle may have cost us the war. We'll see.
  3. Not trying to be a jerk but KC didn't beat us with big ben. They played against Landry Jones...it was a very winnable game for us but both teams are very different. At that time they were 1-5. They haven't lost a game since.
  4. Hi All, Steeler fan here. I come in peace! I promise. LOL. I read this board from time to time because I enjoy the discussions here more than almost anywhere else. I find you guys to be among the most knowledgeable fans regarding not only the ravens but the NFL in general. Anyway, I wanted to add to the conversation by saying that the Chiefs and Jets winning out does not prohibit the Steelers from making the playoffs. In that scenario we all end up at 11-5. At that point, we would then have a better AFC record than the Jets, which would put us in the 6th seed. That is because they play the Cowboys and we play all AFC teams. So essentially, we control our own destiny. Will we win out? I'm optimistic but we never know. So hopefully the Pats (gag) will beat the Jets to give us a little breathing room in case we have another brain fart type of game which we definitely could have...or if the D blows another one for us like Seattle.
