And it isn't like Jack would need much grooming. He would have an immediate impact and would compliment Mosley very well. I am all on board with Jack.

A lot has to do with the rumors regarding is lack of love for the game. That's an issue because I'd rather have someone less talented with the desire to be the best than have a guy that's content

I feel like there's no way he makes it to the 20s. Stranger things of happened but he's ranked a lot higher than Melvin Gordon was coming out and with Todd Gurley's success it's more reasonable for teams to go up and get a RB that can be a difference maker

We also could have to the same opinion on Stanley. If there isn't a huge dropoff than is it worth giving up what we would have to in order to get Tunisl when we could just grab Stanley and keep what we would be willing to give up

If we could trade Forsett and get any value I think I would be on board with it. Buck Allen and Zeke would be a great and inexpensive back field. That could free up room to re-sign Brandon Williams before he leaves for top dollar like Osemele did

No way the Chargers would trade back if Tunsil is there. But I think the Cowboys are potential trade candidates to jump the Jags. If Elliot or a QB is their guy than there's 100% at least one, more than likely both and on top of that there's still going to be a top talent available like Bosa, Jack or Buckner

And there are so many needs this year that I think we can't address all of them just through the draft itself.

In this case does Eugene Monroe have any sort of trade value along with picks? That way they still get a OT and can still pick up a guy they'd like with 6th pick on top of other picks as well. I would be willing to give up a lot for Tunsil....

I wish this thread was deleted so I wasn't reminded of KO leaving every time I check out the forum. I was a fan of KO until I saw that he previously mentioned he was going to be a FA at the beginning of last season. I'm actually glad he left because players in the recent Ravens history that've left for the money so live up to their new contracts.

Is Monroe's injury history really that big of a deal? It seems to me that he's hasn't missed too much other than last year. I know its scary with a LT that isn't 100% reliable but does that justify taking Stanley at No. 6? I feel like there's plenty of depth towards the end of the 1st early second that the Ravens could get more value out of tackle than taking Stanley at 6. If Monroe stays healthy than there's zero issue with LT. Meanwhile, the Ravens have multiple long-term issues on defense that could be addressed with our 1st pick

The only scenario I would see is if someone trades up to No. 1 to jump the Browns for a QB. Then the could move back to 6 and grab either the 2nd QB on their board or grab a guy like Bosa that they potentially may've taken at No. 2

I feel like that early in the 2nd is too much of a gamble at that point. I wouldn't mind if we went with Buckner, Spence, and then trade back up in the the 50s to grab Jaylon Smith.

Chad Reuter just came out with his latest mock and has the Ravens going with: 1st: Buckner (Tunsil, Wentz, Ramsey, Bosa and Jack were the 1st five) 2nd: Jaylon Smith (this pick had the Ravens passing both Spence and WJ3) 3rd: Jalen Mills 4th: Rashard Hollywood Higgins I'd love it would've gone Buckner, WJ3, Jaylon in the 3rd and then Higgins in the 4th

I wasn't able to watch much of the combine but are teams generally still viewing Ramsey as a Safety or more as a CB now. I know he can play both but I didn't know that if any of the teams in front of us drafted him, would they have him a CB or Safety?

I couldn't agree with this more. Same rankings on my top regardless of need. The success at our earlier picks in drafts have been great along with picks in the late teens. The last big name/ high pick we let leave was Ngata and that was after he gave us 9 great years and was on the decline. This pick should be the cornerstone of defense for the next 8 seasons

1st - Vernon Haregraves 2nd - Noah Spence 3rd - Jaylon Smith is something I just thought of as a possibility and I actually teared up

The real question is if Tunsil were to fall past the Chargers, would it be worth trading with Dallas to secure Tunsil rather than gamble on the Jags not taking him? Also how much would it cost?

Quick question... So I, along with many others, really like Sterling Shepard and definitely see the potential. My question is that, with his size, would he be able to play outside or would he be drafted by a team solely to play in the slot? I would love for the Ravens to address D-line/Jack with the 1st pick and then grab a CB in the 2nd. I know there is a good chance he will be taken mid to late 2nd round. If he falls to the 3rd is he the right choice? Or do you guys have other mid-late round WRs that the Ravens would be better off choosing?

I didn't mean for it to sound like our drafts haven't been good. I still love what Ozzie is doing and think he has been efficient with his picks. We can't assume all picks will be a home run, especially picking that late in every round for the past 5 years. With picks this high in the draft and now being able to trade comp picks I hope we can sacrifice a few picks in order to move up and pick "our" guy than the picking the next best guy we have that falls to us

We've had too many contributors come and go. I think it's about time we get a superstar that we will actually be able to afford and keep in 4 years. The defense is losing its dominant presence and our offense is nothing spectacular. We've had way to many guys that were good once groomed but we are in the perfect spot and the right time to get a difference maker. Torrey Smith, Kruger, and Ellerbe are three guys that did well with Ravens but haven't lived up to the money they got from FA.

I also think that Bosa and Jaylon Smith in the 3rd/4th would be another great option
