  1. I mentioned last week how there would be zero chance Ramsey falls to 6, now I am starting to think otherwise. Yes, Ramsey will have a stellar combine, but everyone is already aware of his freak athleticism. I think the Combine can help a guys like Buckner and Spence to increase their draft stock. I'd say a QB in the top 5 is a lock, along with Tunsil. So of the three remaining picks there is Ramsey, Bosa, Myles Jack, Spence and Buckner. Free agency will obviously play a large role, but with Denver defense dominating the season and especially the Super Bowl. Teams very well could work to build a dominating defensive front before addressing the secondary.
  2. thanks! wasn't thinking enough!
  3. I wouldn't honestly be okay if we traded with the Rams and it went like: Rams get 6th overall and Ravens 3rd Ravens get 15th, Rams 2nd and Rams 2017 1st I just think the only thing that would be worthy of trading back to 15 or higher is a 1st round pick in next years draft.
  4. 1st - Jaylon Smith / Myles Jack 2nd - Cody Whitehair / Jason Spriggs 3rd - Sterling Shepard / Yannick Ngakoue 4th - Cyrus Jones 4th - Kenyan Drake 4th - Charone Peake
  5. We signed Donte Stallworth who was charged with manslaughter so I think two failed drug tests over a year ago probably isnt a deal breaker
  6. I feel like in Spence's case, it is more of off the field baggage as opposed to an off the field issue. It was over a year ago, he has taken and passed every drug test while at EKU and to me, has proved he got his act together. It's not like Nkemdiche that just recently got into trouble or Gregory that failed a drug test he knew many months prior that he was going to have to take. He got in trouble and learned his lesson and has been clean for over a year now...
  7. You have the Rams giving up two 1st and 2nd round picks?
  8. I question Coleman falling to the 2nd round, let alone that far into the 2nd
  9. He also was a ROOKIE and a pro-bowler. He has plenty more upside in the upcoming years... And Shareece Wright has been in the league for 5 years so he has a lot more experience than peters does
  10. Duke Williams in the 6th round would be a pretty solid move
  11. If we could grab Yannick too, then maybe we could have jaylon at ILB until he gets his weight up if that's what the Ravens want from him
  12. If we could get either brothers in the 3rd or yannick in the 4th I would be pumped
  13. Not to live in a "what-if" world but i think we all would've loved it if Peters fell to us. I think everyone would've been ecstatic even before he had 8 INTs as a rookie
  14. And on top of that he put up ridiculous numbers in his time with Navy. It's not like he should be in strictly cause he went to Navy, but with the numbers he put up it's hard to say how all of these other no-namers with unimpressive stats/potential made it over him
  15. I would say with Chargers at 3 that OT is probably the 3rd likely position they'll address. S/CB (Ramsey) DE/OLB (Bosa,Buckner) and OT would be their 3rd priority to address with the 3rd overall pick
  16. I'm pissed Reynolds wasn't even invited. No respect for him whatsoever and it is sickening
  17. in doing that would Urschel go back to guard? If so I wouldn't be mad with that at all
  18. Yea I'm glad Alexander's name got brought up again. I understand the fans, as well as the team, desire for playmakers but being a lockdown corner could help with turnovers. Darrelle Revis doesn't get as many interceptions because the ball isn't thrown his way even close to as much as the other corners. Also, if I think being able to stop teams from moving the chains is just as important as turnovers
  19. How come nobody talks about De'Runnya Wilson at all? I know he isn't crazy fast or anything. But he seems to be good at adjusting to the ball and great at catching the ball in traffic. Also he was playing in the SEC which is known for their defensive talent so it's not like he had it easy. He's 6'5" and would've put up much better numbers if Dak Prescott wasn't so athletic
  20. I hate seeing people project Ramsey falling to 6. Ideally that's who we would grab but there is already this much hype around him and the combine hasn't even happened yet. He is going to have ridiculous numbers that only help his draft stock
  21. 1st - Titans Laremy Tunsil OT 2nd - Browns Carson Wentz QB 3rd - Chargers Joey Bosa OLB 4th - Cowboys De'Forest Buckner DE 5th - Jaguars Jalen Ramsey CB/S 6th - *TRADE* Rams Jared Goff QB Rams Trade 15th , 43rd and 2017 1st for Ravens 6th overall 7th - 49ers La'Quon Treadwell WR 8th - Dolphins Myles Jack LB 9th - Buccaneers Vernon Hargreaves III CB 10th - Giants Ezekiel elliott RB 11th - Bears Ronnie Stanley OT 12th - Saints A'Shawn Robinson DT 13th - Eagles Paxton Lynch QB 14th - Raiders Leonard Floyd OLB 15th - Ravens Noah Spence OLB **TRADE** 22nd Ravens Jaylon Smith LB Ravens trade their 2nd round, 4th round and 2017 5th round for Texans 22nd overall (Rams pick) 2nd - Darian Thompson FS 3rd - Sterling Shepard WR (Broncos pick) 4th - Cyrus Jones CB Giving up the 6th overall would suck but with Tunsil, Bosa, Ramsey and Buckner gone there isn't a player I would be ecstatic to take at 6. Moving back gives us more higher end picks this year and also get the Rams 1st round next year.
  22. Agreed, like I have seen multiple mocks that have Eli Apple in the 2nd which in my opinion is absurd. I would've gone with Kendall Fuller but i dont think he'd make it to our (the Rams) 2nd pick. Also I understand the Texans wanting more, but with them trading back and getting our 2nd pick, they could still grab Connor Cook and pick up a few picks
  23. Article just posted about Tunsil. Read before you comment. To me doesn't seem to make him drop but just thought I'd share http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000635327/article/report-laremy-tunsil-involved-in-five-alleged-ncaa-violations
  24. Call me crazy, but I am starting to want to take Buckner over Bosa...
  25. More than happy if either of them make it this far. I would prefer Jaylon Smith mostly because he is a nature born leader. He has an insane work ethic and is very well spoken. Definitely someone that will become the leader of the defense wherever he ends up. Then again it may be too early for input given there is still the combine and much more to be clarified with Jaylon's knee. If both of these guys were on the board that'd be one hell of a good problem to have
