I'm paraphrasing but Preston said he looked average out of the gate, same with Correa.
It's unfortunate we couldn't come to an agreement or compromise but thats the nature of the business, it has to work for both sides and sometimes it doesn't and you go separate ways.
Just remember that after the Jags traded him to us they lost their rookie LT for the season, it's risky but it's done now.
I like what I've seen from Urschel and Jensen but would give the edge to Jensen.
It was sad to see the relationship devolve like that but I can understand both sides. Personally I find the whole "soft" talk pretty disgusting, it's not like he was ever out of shape he just couldn't stay healthy, injuries are a part of the game he couldn't prevent that and we couldn't predict it.

Esp after a bad injury.
More proven than any rookie.

Having him and Stanley together the next 4 or 5 years with yanda finishing out his career between them and the likes of Alex Lewis or jensen or urschel beginning their career as starters at the opposite guard spot...
I'd hate to finally get a LT long term onlY to experiment and fail on the right side and watch Joe run for his life again.
Absolutely, Wagner is a proven commodity and won't break the bank.

I think he's as good as gone, we aren't tagging him and he'll get more on the free market than Damon Harrison got.

Coaches always overhype camp bodies, do we ever develop these guys into good players?

I think he wanted to speed up his trade/release, it seemed like we were considering sitting on him which would have been bad news for his FA value next season. Now he gets a prove it deal.
His attitude seems to have changed from "I'm the fastest and the best" in recent years to "I'm not as fast so I have to work harder"
I think it was a bit petty how we treated him even though he was on the way out, hopefully this move doesn't come back to haunt us.
He's a beast when he's healthy.
He has pro bowl talent but I think hes too injury prone, I'll be pleasantly surprised if he has a full season to put it all together.
If Brown has a breakout season I'm going to be so mad.
Can we clone Yanda and JO instead?
Money talks for some, even at the risk of their future. I cant blame him.
I have this opinion that cancelled tv shows should film a mini series or short format season to end their story arc. That would be an incentive to take up shows with low ratings and for new fans to invest time and money in shows that have been cancelled.
Hopefully Brown steps up, its unlikely at this point but the opportunity is going to be there.
Theres a theory I like about Daenerys being the true antagonist after going mad and the Nights King as on a mission to stop her from turning the world to ash.
I'll admit that one almost got me, also if they could stop killing all the direwolves that would be awesome.

I would prefer for the ravens signed a more complete aging WR to coach up young fast talented perriman Campanaro and Chris moore!! Chris Moore is going to be a better route runner than Wallace ever dreamed!! You have to watch his games where Chris was not the intended target to see his fast crisp sudden routes. Ravens have a really awesome receivers coach but a vet would go a long way maturing young guys
Perriman and Moore look like future studs but Campanaro is an injury bust, Wallace and Weddle are getting up in age but they're still immediate upgrades
It's times like these I'm glad Ozzie is our GM, he had enough sense to see the trade value wasn't there. Putting a premium on durability is going to look genius when Tunsil starts missing games.

A bit off topic but last night I went back to revisit his Bama tape and it wasn't as impressive as I remember or maybe I just know what to look for now, his lack of speed really stands out and how much yardage is blocked for him.
